A beautiful castle with amazing views of the landscape, in a charming town. The rooms are spacious and each one with its own unique charm. The dining room really creates a medieval atmosphere and the archaeological artefacts exhibited in the castle are great for understanding the history of the castle and the work the owners have put into restoring the building. The team (Luis, Elena, Manuel and Mapi) were amazing and dedicated to making sure we had the best time there.

We arrived late and we had a lovely welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the owners very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly go back again. Excellent hotel for people travelling through northern Spain. Perfect place for dog owners as our three were very happy and enjoyed their stay.

We spent a couple of nights at the castle and our only regret is not having stayed longer! The location is perfect if you're looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy peace and nature, as the village is really small and closed to the Moncayo Park. The fact of sleeping in an actual 14th century castle made the experience even more incredible: the building is just charming and gives off medieval vibes from every corner. Also a big shout out to the hosts, who are always available to answer any question you might have and meet your needs, and in general make sure you are enjoying your stay as much as you can. A few things we just LOVED: - the outside patio, perfect for sipping your coffee in the morning and read a good book - breakfast options: I'm vegan and my partner has gluten intollerance, so we asked if it was possible to have a special meal and the hosts were super accomodating (just make sure to request it in advance!!) - the detail of the "poetry jar" in the Poesia suit 100% recomanded!

Un espacio precioso, con encanto y bien cuidado, Hemos hecho una celebracion de amigos y la experiencia ha sido estupenda, porquq tienen un comedor/salon muy comodo para grupos grandes, donde puedes comer y bailar sin molestar! La cocina tiene de todo para cocinar, no falta de nada y cuenta con una nevera inmensa, Las habitaciones muy comodas y con una decoracion bonita, con mucho sabor Cerca esta Tarazona por si tienes que hacer alguna compra, ademas de que tiene una visita cultural muy interesante con la Fundacion Tarazona Monumental Y el Moncayo muy cerca para dar un paseo por el Hayedo Una experiencia 10, si quieres algo especial con un grupo de amigos o familia Espero poder repetir

Hemos estado en el puente de mayo un grupo de 17 amigos y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable . Hemos alquilado el castillo entero. Tiene todo tipo de servicios: cocina grande y equipada, comedor amplio que sírve de discoteca, diferentes salones con chimenea, terrazas con sillones, patio con barbacoa, habitaciones muy comodas y bonitas , posibilidad de alquilar trajes medievales, en fin, nos ha dado una pena irnos esta mañana . Y luego la zona, con rutas de senderismo por el Moncayo !!

Mi familia me había preparado una sorpresa para celebrar mi 60 cumpleaños. Ha sido inolvidable. Habitaciones y salones preciosos y muy bien decorados. Cocina súper equipada. Estufas de pellets por toda la casa y lo mejor…Elena. Una anfitriona excelente. ( Hay disfraces medievales para echar unas risas). Es encomiable que la iniciativa privada recupere el patrimonio histórico. Enhorabuena!!

Fuimos toda la familia a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi padre. Pasar un fin de semana en un castillo es algo muy especial para los niños y para los adultos. El castillo de Grisel es precioso, tiene mil detalles y sobrepasó todas nuestras expectativas. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y con su profesionalidad consiguieron que la experiencia fuera perfecta.

Decidimos celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestra hija alojándonos toda la familia en el castillo de Grisel, para que se sintiera por una noche como una verdadera princesa, y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Estuvimos en tres habitaciones preciosas, que compartían un salón muy acogedor lleno de historia y encanto. Todo el castillo, sus estancias y detalles evocan otra época y te hacen disfrutar de una enorme desconexión y tranquilidad. La atención de Elena desde el primer contacto hasta el final de nuestra estancia con cena, trajes medievales y desayuno incluidos fue excelente. Nos trató con mucho cariño. Les damos la enhorabuena a Elena y Luis por los maravillosos proyectos a los que están dando vida en Bulbuente y Grisel.
