Atour Hotel (Guyuan Museum) ★★★★
"Hygiene: The room is generally good, and the indoor hygiene is also OK Environment: The surrounding environment is OK, not near the scenic spot Service: The front desk service is good, and the little girl has a good attitude It is necessary to pay attention to the outer window glass and wipe it appropriately🥹"
HuaTing Hotel(Guyuan City Government Store) ★★★
"First, the hygiene was appalling; the restrooms were covered in hair. Second, the breakfast was terrible—15 yuan per person for just steamed buns, pickled vegetables, and porridge. Third, the front desk staff were poorly trained, repeatedly calling people by the wrong name. I don't know how they came to have such a high rating."
Taihe Hotel ★★★★
"The environment is comfortable, the service is warm, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the overall feeling is good."
Huaqi Earl Hotel ★★★★
"The hardware is very good, especially the breakfast has a lot of varieties and fresh ingredients. The room is large, but the service can't keep up."
Yuhe Hotel ★★
"The room is across from the school, poorly soundproofed, and parking is a nightmare. The owner will tell you to park anywhere you like, then the traffic police will come and give you a ticket."
Magnotel Hotel (Guyuan Municipal Government) ★★★
"Very helpful kind reception staff and well looked after clean rooms."
Qingquanyaju Homestay (Yuanzhou District Dihao Plaza) ★★
"The room was very clean and well-laid out; I had a very comfortable stay. They provided everything promptly, and I'll definitely come back next time."
Wanhe Hotel ★★★★
"I went out for breakfast this morning, grabbed my breakfast voucher, but forgot my room key. After closing the door, I ran into six staff members in the hallway. Some were checking rooms, others were cleaning. I greeted them, but the person checking rooms glanced at me and ignored me. So I went to the cleaning room and said, "Hello, I forgot my room key. Could you swipe it for me so I can get it?" I asked which room it was and waited outside, but no one came. I said "Hello" several times, but they pretended not to hear me. I spoke up to them, and they started giving me the runaround again. Don't they understand? I went to the restaurant to get a replacement card and then went back to breakfast. When they started clearing the room, I said there was no more breakfast. The staff member in white ignored me and continued clearing the room. Then the staff member in a suit said there was still porridge, and the two staff members in white continued clearing the room. I thought the staff could at least ask if we needed anything before clearing the room. Is that so difficult? At that moment, I just hoped the restaurant wouldn't go out of business! The electrical wire next to the toilet is right next to a shower; aren't they afraid of getting electrocuted? The elevator is so dirty—it's obvious it hasn't been cleaned in ages! Terrible service and an absolutely awful environment."
Kahwa Hotel ★★
"Service is very good, the environment is also very good"
