"Overall, it was decent, but it still can't compare to a four-star hotel on the mainland. The location is pretty good. You can easily catch a ride to The Venetian or Rua do Cunha, or take the Light Rail to Macau Peninsula from the Jockey Club Station. Transportation and walking are both convenient. My room was upgraded, and the bed seemed to be 1.2 meters, so the space was better than I expected. The lobby being on the 21st floor is quite unique, and the free luggage storage is a nice touch. As for the service attitude, it was a bit hit-or-miss. Generally, the older gentleman who helps with cars on the ground floor had the best attitude."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!"

"The family room was incredibly spacious, but the soundproofing in the bathroom wasn't great – you could clearly hear conversations from the next room. 😂 The hotel's location is super convenient, with a few convenience stores nearby. There's also an alley right across from the main entrance with plenty of restaurants. The food was decent. This hotel has been open for over 20 years, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was still pretty good. Oh, I forgot to mention something important: there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel for airport transfers. Just follow the queue. It's quite close to the airport, costing around MOP 90 (that's without traffic)."

"The room was very clean and the staff were all great. The cleaning lady was also lovely. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to Rua do Cunha and Galaxy Macau. There's also a street behind the hotel with food stalls, and the snacks there are cheaper than those on Rua do Cunha. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it's even cheaper than Supermercado Cheong Kei. It's also very convenient to walk to the Light Rail."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Sands Casino and Fisherman's Wharf. You can easily get there by taking the shuttle from Border Gate to Sands Casino. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have water dispensers in the hallways, which is a nice touch. Since I was traveling with family, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free, and the service was excellent. For anyone visiting Macau, this is a highly recommended hotel."

"The rooms are very spacious, and the price is quite reasonable, especially since it's the off-season now. I recommend traveling during off-peak times! "The hotel is in the center of the Macau Peninsula, but while the Wynn Macau across the street is bustling, this side feels quite desolate. What they call a 'sea view room' actually faces another part of the hotel, and you can only catch a glimpse of the sea from a very specific corner of the balcony. The concierge and bell staff were very warm and helpful. Due to the hotel's location, it takes a long time to get a taxi, so they informed us about the shuttle bus and helped with our luggage. I really appreciate their service! The front desk service, however, needs improvement. We were told check-in was from 2:30–3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:49 PM, we were told we still had to wait. Then, at another counter, we were able to check in immediately. Is this service model trying to shut the hotel down? It's incredibly dishonest. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were also cold and indifferent, let alone offering any actual service. There was nothing in the room, yet they still charged a deposit. At least the deposit was refunded to my account within 24 hours, unlike what some reviews mentioned about it taking a long time."

"We checked in late, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, even upgrading our room – what a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was charming. It's super close to popular attractions, just an 8-minute walk, and there are many great Macau-style tea restaurants nearby with delicious food at reasonable prices. Plus, there are plenty of buses right outside the hotel, making it really convenient to get anywhere. Perfect for traveling with kids! The staff didn't talk much, but their service was top-notch. Highly recommend!"

"Upon check-in, there were no non-smoking twin rooms available, so I requested a non-smoking king room. The room had poor ventilation and a slight odor, but otherwise, it was acceptable. The front desk service was fine. However, room service seemed to dislike Mandarin, as they directly refused my request for an extra blanket, haha."

"Traveling with family, we booked two standard rooms. The beds are 1.2 meters wide, which was fine for squeezing in with the kids. The buffet is a great deal: breakfast is 65 MOP per person, and lunch is 98 MOP per person. There's a good variety of dishes, and the food tastes pretty good – much better than the small shops outside, especially for breakfast. Snacks downstairs easily cost 60-80 MOP, so 65 MOP for so many options is a steal. Plus, with the Alipay discount of 5 MOP per order, it works out to about 50 RMB per person. The hotel rooms are pretty standard; you get two bottles of mineral water and typical toiletries. The hotel shuttle usually starts around noon (the Border Gate route starts a bit earlier, at 11:25 AM, then runs every half hour or so, and every 15 minutes during peak times)."
