"We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy, welcoming vibe throughout our stay. The location was perfect for getting around, and the views were lovely — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the spaces felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We felt right at home. Overall: We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"This is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too. What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze. My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso."

"I got a free room upgrade! The room had a street view, the air conditioning was excellent, and it was generally very clean. The location is also convenient; you can walk across the street to catch the Sands shuttle to Taipa, and there's a New City Supermarket downstairs. Overall, I'm very satisfied! The only downside is that the room's ventilation system might have a lingering smell. So, even though it was probably a non-smoking room, there was a strange odor (it reminded me a bit of the casino, where even if no one is smoking, you can still sense the smell from all the smokers. But you get used to it after a while 😂)."

"The environment is incredibly quiet and beautiful, nestled on Bishop Hill with direct views of the Macau Tower. The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying. Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards. We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time."

"To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau. Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic. Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness. Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill. Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly."

"Walking into the room, I was pleasantly surprised! It was so tidy, clean, and bright. I honestly didn't expect much from a hotel so close to the airport, but everything I saw was lovely. The view from the window was also refreshing. Even though it's practically next door to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all; it was very quiet at night. Getting around was super convenient too. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!"

"The hotel is genuinely convenient, located right across the road from the airport's departure hall. The rooms are spacious, but as it's an older hotel, the facilities are dated and there's a musty smell in the room, which might bother some guests. Taxis and the hotel shuttle are also very convenient. The shuttle, locally known as a shared van, is free for everyone and runs every 15-20 minutes."
