"This is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too. What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze. My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso."

"I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find."

"Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming. They allowed us to store our luggage early and proactively asked if we wanted to switch from twin beds to a king-size bed. Environment: It was very comfortable to stay here. We even saw the sunrise over the sea in the morning, and I didn't notice the musty smell that others mentioned. Facilities: The check-in counter is right across the street downstairs, which is very convenient for early morning flights."

"Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future."

"This hotel was highly anticipated. It's the only hotel in Macau without a casino, making it quiet and elegant. Ms. Ye at the front desk upgraded my room and personally escorted me to it, and to my surprise, my luggage was already there before I arrived – truly exceptional service. The room offered simultaneous views of the Macau Tower and the bay, with magnificent scenery outside the window. I'm very grateful to her. The room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful, wide window that was the same size as the room itself, allowing sunlight to stream in during the afternoon, creating a wonderfully comfortable and luminous atmosphere. The dressing room had a stone platform for luggage, along with a long hanging rod and plenty of hangers, making it very easy to organize my belongings. The bathroom facilities were complete and modern; the towels and bathrobes were new and soft, and the toiletries were excellent. The breakfast was abundant, exquisite, and delicious, with meticulous service and refined quality – truly a benchmark for Macau. A wonderful impression; I'll definitely be back."

"First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️"
