"The hotel is located near Fisherman's Wharf, right opposite Sands Macao. If you're like me and prefer to stay on the Macau Peninsula side, this location is quite convenient. It's about two or three stops from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and very close to the sea, making for a pleasant stroll after dinner with a nice sea breeze.
The hotel's overall design is European classical, with a touch of vintage palace-like decor. The high ceilings make the rooms feel more grand and spacious. Although you can tell the hotel has been open for some years, and the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained with no obvious signs of age.
The room size was a pleasant surprise this time; it's quite spacious for Macau, with plenty of room between the two beds and ample space to open suitcases. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and overall cleanliness was good. The window area gets a lot of natural light, making for a comfortable stay.
When the room was cleaned on the second day, the staff even folded the clothes I'd left out and neatly placed them on the bed, a thoughtful detail.
The check-out process was smooth, with a convenient express check-out option. The luggage storage service was also very helpful for tourists who want to explore Macau further before leaving.
Overall, while the hotel's facilities aren't the newest, it excels in spacious rooms, a convenient location, and attentive service, while also offering views of both the Macau Peninsula and the sea. Given that hotels in Macau are generally not inexpensive, I believe the overall value for money here is quite good."
