"Environment: It's decent, but it's really, really close to Macau Airport. If you're on a layover, it's a great value. I checked in at night, and even though it's very close to the airport, there aren't many night or early morning flights at Macau Airport. With earplugs, I didn't hear any noise at all. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there's a slightly damp smell in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. The room comes with a universal adapter. Service: I thought it was good; just standard, polite service. Everything else was pretty good. Cleanliness: Okay, met standards."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!"

"A nice hotel, clean and without any unpleasant odors. The hallways are spacious, and the rooms are quiet. We stayed for two nights, and the transportation was very convenient. The surrounding amenities are also quite well-developed. For breakfast, we chose to eat outside, and everything was within walking distance."

"Accor hotels never disappoint me. I've stayed at many Sofitel properties in various countries, and they're always excellent. This one is perfectly located on Macau Peninsula, with easy walking access to fantastic food options like local eateries, cafes, restaurants, and markets. The casino being closed actually made it quieter, which was a plus. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are immaculately maintained, clearly showing its past grandeur. I'll definitely stay here again; it's incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also superb."

"The room was very clean and the staff were all great. The cleaning lady was also lovely. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to Rua do Cunha and Galaxy Macau. There's also a street behind the hotel with food stalls, and the snacks there are cheaper than those on Rua do Cunha. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it's even cheaper than Supermercado Cheong Kei. It's also very convenient to walk to the Light Rail."

"Great location! Right across from the 16 Pu bus station and within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's. In the evenings, you can also walk to Rua da Praia do Manduco for some food. The hotel even has a ladies-only floor, which is a nice touch!"

"Arrived around 7 PM and unfortunately, there were no non-smoking floors left, so there was a slight odor. There were also many guests checking in at the same time, which led to a bit of a wait. However, the hotel's location is convenient, with a small park downstairs. The room was spacious, and the bed was large, making it comfortable for a family trip with children and seniors."

And the canteen in the hotel is selling Asian food.enough portion but not hot enough.feel like pre cooked food. The hotel is just 1 mins to the airport.there are MacDonald is the best choice. The Chinese fast food shop next to McDonalds is expensive and has bad service."
