"I do not know why it took me so long to truly discover this side of Macau. First off, this hotel is located within walking distance from Senado Square/Ruins of St Paul. It is located on a street where there are many Filipinos. There are two Filipino supermarkets and a Filipino takeaway store. It is also close to the main road where a bus stop for the route going to the airport. There are several stores nearby. You can even walk to the terminal where you can catch a ferry to Zhuhai (mainland China). I would definitely stay here again. Front desk people are warm and helpful. The room itself has two bottles of water, toiletries, water kettle, phone, safety deposit box, hangers, TV, slippers. Love it! The only thing I wish is for the toilet to have a bidet. Otherwise, it's perfect!"

"Clean room and nice staff. The check-in procedure was easy and they provide free water for all guests, which is nice. The hotel is in a pretty good area, close to tourist spots, but also on a quiet street. So I was able to sleep very good. Toilet is clean, doesn’t smell, and the water has pressure and is very hot. "My luck was truly in this time! I encountered a handsome guy and a beautiful lady at the front desk who provided incredibly thoughtful service. My personal charger wasn't working in the room, so the handsome front desk staff member (I believe he was on the 13th shift) generously lent me his own power bank. The room itself was very clean. It was a corner room, and honestly, everything was perfect except for a bit of street noise in the mornings.
**Facilities:** A little dated, perhaps, but very clean. The lobby also has a water dispenser with both hot and cold water.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless.
**Location:** Very convenient for dining out. It's only a twenty-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's either.
**Service:** Truly exceptional! ❤️"

"The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay."

"This was my second time staying here. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly. One of them even remembered me because I had a short running outside on a chilly damp cold morning. Beside running around the coloane area again, I and my relatives from Macau had a wonderful dinner at the LG private home restaurant having Thai and Portuguese cuisine. The restaurant decorated in special style, relaxing, and with music. We enjoyed the delicious meal and the good service. Also, happy to meet Lily at the gallery too! "My friends and I stayed for two nights and our overall experience is ok. We arrived Macau late and waited for the bus to the hotel which is very convenient and the bus stop is already very near the hotel. Checkin process is smooth without additional deposit required. We enjoyed our first meal at the restaurant beside the hotel. The receptionists we encountered are nice and friendly, knows English. The room itself is just right, cannot open all luggages at the same time. The toilet and shower is not separated so the water will splash all over, hope they can consider putting a shower curtain. Towels, toothbrush, rubber slippers are provided. The bed is too hard for us and so we don’t like it and actually not able to sleep very well. Soundproof is also poor can hear the snoring from other room. Overall still good stay with good price."

"This was by far the best stay we had in Macau.
For its price, I can say I was surprised.
Service was good, reception spoke English and were nice.
Room was clean.
We were very near to a walking street
Overall good!"

"The room was clean and all the linens, towels, and duvet covers were disposable. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and very convenient for getting around. I've stayed here many times. Great value for money, highly recommended again!"
"Room is Clean and tidy (although it’s a bit tiny), trust to be newly renovated for not long. Location is pretty good, at the intersection of 2 main roads. Convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are all available nearby.
The Only and the biggest disadvantage is about the bed mattress. It’s really too hard, feel like sleeping on the floor. Hope they could improve this."

WWaterfish1227Location: After clearing customs, it's a straight ten-minute walk. There's a bus stop nearby, and within a minute's walk, you'll find two supermarkets and several restaurants. It's very convenient yet quiet.
I'd read descriptions saying the room was only 12 square meters, but it was actually larger than expected. They've made excellent use of all the space, with many hidden compartments. There's space under the bed for luggage, and the bedside table slides, so you can push it under the bed when not in use. The windowsill, over three meters long, has a soft cushion, perfect for sitting or placing items. A desk, bookshelf, safe, and mini-fridge are all included.
Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Sarah and James were efficient and always ready to answer any questions.
MManmanquanshiniThe hotel is located on Almeida Ribeiro (San Ma Lo), about a 10-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are convenient bus stops downstairs. Right next to it is Rua de Cinco de Outubro, a street with many unique old shops and local tea restaurants, making it a great place to experience local life.
The hotel room isn't large, and it gets a bit crowded once you open your luggage. However, the cleanliness is good, and basic toiletries are provided. For just over 300 MOP, it's excellent value for money in this area, and I believe the price is usually even lower.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff were quite cold and indifferent, but the hotel's location is excellent. The airport bus drops you off right at the hotel, and there's a night market downstairs on Saturdays and Sundays. However, the room felt cold in winter due to no heating, and it was very damp. Room 202 specifically had standing water in the bathroom, making it look dirty. On the plus side, the room was cleaned very well every day, and the hotel was very efficient at replying to emails 👍🏻.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay in this hotel. It’s just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, it’s quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.
GGuest UserClean and big room for a comfortable stay in Macau peninsula. You can walk to Senado square, the downtown area and the Wynn/MGM casinos.
The ladies at the reception have been very nice and professional. Book ahead and online for better rates.
FFlonieThe hotel is in a very good location just walking distance from grand Lisboa. Its also very close to a few bus stops which allowed for easy travel around Macau. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple room at no extra cost. Comfortable and nice enough for a night or two, would maybe feel a bit cramped if you planned a longer sta
BBernard VoonSituated nearby tourist attractions, the hotel was a suitable base for short walk to the Senado Square and vicinity. Hotel rooms are typical smaller size here but was good enough for single occupancy. Would be great if the toilet has a bidet or smart toilet installed. Nonetheless still a good hotel that i would recommend for short stay in Macau.
MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!
CchichiflamesThe hotel is very easy to find. It is by the road and near bus stations. However during my stay the wifi was horrible and it was very annoying. The staff tried their best. I'm sure they've fixed the issue by now.
RryetravelsOur one night stay was memorable. We arrived late night and they checked in us without problems. The location is superb! 10 mins Walking distance to St Paul and the old town. The place is near to pubs, restaurants and etc. the staff were polite and helpful. I recommend this place for city lovers and backpackers. We will definitely come back here. The price is adequate for the place. We don't have any bad comments.
