From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. "The Ritz-Carlton at Galaxy Macau truly represents the pinnacle of luxury. The expansive Galaxy Macau resort offers convenient access to shopping and dining. The hotel itself is incredibly opulent, and with fewer guests, it provided a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Our guest room was impeccably clean and tidy. Everything about our stay was perfect, complemented by exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service."

"This was my first time staying at The Londoner Macao, and it was absolutely fantastic, full of ceremony! If you appreciate that kind of experience, you'll love it here! Krystal and Adraina handled all our requests and services before and during our stay, and even upgraded us to a twin-bed suite for free, which was very comfortable. I think the hotel's location is the best in Taipa. It's quite central, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's well-connected, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The only exception might be going to Galaxy, which might require a taxi (or a 20-30 minute walk 🤣). The Huating (Club Lounge) privileges were the highlight of this stay! The breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails were all exquisite, thoughtfully prepared, and delicious! If you have a small appetite, you really don't need to eat out at all when staying at The Londoner! Over our three-day stay, the meals varied slightly each day, so it never felt monotonous! For breakfast, you could even choose between two different dining areas daily: one specializing in lobster benedict, and the other in Japanese sashimi. The à la carte congee and daily soup were also delicious! Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macao!"

"Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!"

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit."

"Hit the jackpot with this hotel! The views of Parisian and Londoner (macau) from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is packed with Disney installations – even adults will love them! Downstairs, there's a Paw Patrol-themed kids' playground that's a direct hit with little ones. The service is excellent, and the mini-bar even has instant noodles, which is a nice touch for kids. The only bummer is that the water park is closed from Tuesday to Thursday, so we didn't get a chance to use it. A bit heartbroken about that. 💔"

"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Macau with my mom! [Strong] The location is very close to the border gate, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus which makes getting around super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect, and the service details were incredibly thoughtful! Satisfied, so satisfied, super satisfied! [Fireworks]"

"The Yoho Treasure Island Hotel has an unbeatable location with a wide range of shopping outlets right on-site, which makes for a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Having previously stayed at its sister hotel, the Yoho Roosevelt, which was absolutely amazing, I did find this property didn't quite measure up in comparison. My room had a faint damp smell, and while the breakfast was okay, it became repetitive and wasn't worth the price. Still, with its great setting and potential, the hotel offers a solid experience-though it falls short of the excellence I've come to expect from the Yoho brand."

"After booking, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times without success; no one responded to my requests. Finally, Ctrip helped me communicate with the hotel the day before our trip. Initially, I was concerned about renovation smells in the Bond Tower and asked to be moved to the Banyan Tower. Ctrip informed me that as of April 2026, only the Bond Tower was open, which I accepted. Then, I requested to switch our king room to a twin room, and the hotel said it would cost an additional 90+ RMB, which I also agreed to. Many online reviews mention free room upgrades, but honestly, don't expect any of that anymore. I had also mentioned it was our 10th wedding anniversary, and while they didn't upgrade our room, they did give us a small cake. However, it was clearly an oversight as it said 'Happy Birthday' – very perfunctory. Furthermore, during check-in, halfway through the process, a South Asian supervisor-like staff member suddenly came over and, with a disdainful look, told us we needed to pay extra. I was thinking, hadn't Ctrip already clarified this, and hadn't we agreed to pay? Why did she act as if we were unwilling to pay and deserved her contempt? This was the first time I'd ever had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in Macau. The hotel's facilities and design are undeniably exquisite and beautiful. Although the room was small, the Bond Tower didn't have the strong renovation smell that some online reviews mentioned, which was a relief. The hotel also provided Eiffel Tower tickets, which was a pleasant surprise. After returning to the room in the evening, I noticed there was no turndown service provided, nor was the room tidied up a second time. The service was a bit lacking. Also, there were no size options for children's bathrobes; my 130cm, 80-catty (approx. 40kg) son couldn't wear theirs. The service staff and front desk employees had poor English proficiency. The only thing that truly impressed me was the heated swimming pool. Located on the 3rd floor, it offered great views, with comfortable loungers, lemon water, and towels readily available by the pool. The water temperature was a very comfortable 36 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for swimming even in winter, which was excellent. Overall, you can stay at this hotel, but don't have high expectations for the service."
