Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget."

"This was my 7-month-old son's first trip, and I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton Macau, especially Ms. Amy at reception, for providing us with a perfect stay. From check-in onwards, the staff went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. They also thoughtfully decorated our room to welcome our baby on his first journey. The hotel specially provided a children's tent, a lovely lion toy, and a small backpack for us. The room also had baby sanitizing products and a bed rail, which was incredibly considerate for guests traveling with an infant. Our little one had so much fun playing in the tent and absolutely loved his new toy. What was truly surprising and delightful was that the hotel prepared a custom bib with his name on it and a small tote bag as souvenirs! This made his first trip even more memorable!"

"I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel was clean, the environment was beautiful, and the service was thoughtful and proactive. On the first day, we even received complimentary fruit. I really didn't want to leave, hahahahaha, it's my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. The snacks and drinks in the fridge and cabinet were free (though restocking would incur an extra charge)."

"The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!"

"Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future."
