"Location of the hotel is perfect for anyone visiting lugu lake. Imagine waking up to the view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also fairly new with beautiful deco and they have prepared many thoughtful things include disposable towels, disposable bath tub towel, free daily afternoon tea and a short photoshoot. The front desk staff 阿文was also very helpful. A couple of things I wished went better: - breakfast: selection was quite limited and mainly Chinese food. Was not an issue for me as I typically don’t take breakfast. - limited toilet paper: unfortunately my husband and I were down with food poisoning during the trip so the toilet paper quickly became a scarcity. - inconsistent temperature in the shower: the shower on my first night toggled between icy cold and steamy hot even without me adjusting the temperature. Overheard from other guests that they had the same issue as well. The hotel thankfully was able to fix it on my second night. - mattress was too hard, and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor… unfortunately the hotel didn’t have an option to add on a topper and it really affected my sleep quality during the two nights we were there. However, preference for a softer mattress is personal. Would have been nice if the hotel has toppers prepared for guests who prefer a softer bed. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and I’d recommend for anyone visiting lugu lake."

"🏡 Environment & View: 5/5 Right by the lake, the location is superb. The hotel is in Nisai Village, which is quieter than Daluoshui Village, but the scenery is just as stunning. The room offers direct views of Lugu Lake and Mount Gemu, with expansive vistas. Even on a rainy day, enjoying the lake view from the room is a treat. 🛏️ Hygiene & Facilities: 5/5 The room is large and clean. As a family room, the spaciousness is very friendly for families with children. The hotel provides oxygen facilities, which is a thoughtful touch in a high-altitude area. The free parking (Gemu Mountain Cableway entrance) is just 50 meters from the hotel, and amenities like the self-service breakfast are also well-equipped. 💁 Service: 5/5 This was the most pleasant surprise! The butler service was incredibly patient and attentive, quickly assisting with parking, luggage transfer, dining, and anything else we needed. This 'can-do' attitude made our trip much more stress-free. 👨👩👧 Child-Friendliness: Full Marks The hotel has a private waterfront garden where children can play, and the spacious lawn in the courtyard is perfect for running around. The breakfast also catered to the needs of different guests. 💰 Value for Money: Excellent We enjoyed high-end hotel views and services at a relatively affordable price."

"The room was quiet, and parking was convenient. The hotel is right by the lake, and the garden view room was very comfortable; my parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The service was excellent; they even sent us suggested sightseeing routes nearby, which was very thoughtful."

The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, the atmosphere is full, the location is excellent, quiet and healing, very suitable for vacation relaxation. The public areas are clean and tidy, well-maintained, and the details are full of care. The overall texture is far more than hotels of the same price. The room hygiene is very good, the whole house is clean and bright, there is no sanitary corner, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the facilities are perfect and intact, and the living experience is comfortable and at ease. The overall hardware is online, the environment is beautiful, and the stay experience is excellent, making people live particularly relaxing and comfortable. The key point is to praise the exclusive butler Da Yang! The service is really impeccable and top-level. Take the initiative to dock the itinerary before check-in, and intimately inform the weather, road conditions and travel precautions. The reception to the store is warm and meticulous, the service response is extremely fast, the whole process is responsive, and the processing is efficient and professional. The housekeeper Da Yang is very familiar with the local play strategy, and will patiently and meticulously explain the route around the lake, the best sunset seat in Goddess Bay, the niche punching points and authentic food, help us avoid lightning and avoid pits, plan the itinerary reasonably, and make the whole trip easy and worry-free. The service is perfect, warm and sincere, intimate and meticulous, the whole service has temperature, no intention, no interruption, and the experience is directly sealed. From environment, health, facilities to top butler service, all-round full marks, no slots. The price is super high, it is a treasure hotel that must live in Wuhu! Really strong super recommended, has already collected the store, the next trip must be preferred to live again, will also highly recommend to friends around!"

"The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite! The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!"

"Opened this year, the newly renovated facilities are quite good and the place is relatively clean. Breakfast is provided, but it's just average. Voice control is available, but for this price, the double room is only in the middle and doesn't have a lake view. Service is acceptable, and the staff are friendly. Parking is a bit of a hassle; it's first-come, first-served at the hotel entrance, but the local roads aren't very smooth. There are no clothes racks in the bathroom. The location is affected by the corridors on both sides, making it a bit noisy at night; opening the curtains doesn't offer much privacy. Overall, it's acceptable for this location."

"This stay was the most enjoyable and cozy for our family! The owner was incredibly welcoming! The staff helped with our luggage and guided us to parking and charging stations! The facilities were perfect, with a 180º full lake view from the room, and a garden with flowers and a tea area! The place was spotless and clean! The owner personally arranged breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a special stone pot fish dish—delicious and affordable! Excellent value for money!"
