Even though I knew it had many positive reviews and would be good, it still far exceeded my expectations after checking in. The facilities are excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's rare to find a place that even provides alcohol wipes and face towels, which shows they genuinely care about their guests. Even as a germaphobe, I couldn't find a single flaw with the cleanliness. The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. Both the front desk lady and the shuttle driver were warm, considerate, and professional. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room and thoughtfully showed me both the original and upgraded room types so I could choose for myself. The shuttle driver was also always responsive and meticulous. Regarding the environment, both the public areas and the rooms seamlessly blend with the scenery of Lugu Lake. Just sitting by the window in the room, enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing. The restaurant offers even more breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The hotel's ambiance perfectly mirrors Lugu Lake itself – serene, elegant, and secluded. Compared to Lijiang, Dali, or Shangri-La, Lugu Lake lacks the over-commercialized hustle and bustle, offering more pristine, natural beauty, especially during the off-season. It's most magical in winter; lying in bed and drawing the curtains, you see the morning mist drift across the lake like a veil – it's so beautiful it leaves you speechless! 🌅 The sunset restaurant is a must-visit! The glass viewing platform is the best spot for photos; when the afterglow paints the lake red, even the dinner plates seem to be rimmed with gold. The public areas are fantastic for photos: The cliffside book bar and the mirrored water platform are perfect for creating stunning shots. Posing in a corner with the lake as a backdrop feels incredibly atmospheric. The room details are impeccable, with underfloor heating and a scenic bathtub. Turndown service even includes a complimentary warm tremella soup ☕. I unexpectedly found a notebook 📙 in the room, filled with messages from previous guests – it really warmed my heart~"

The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful!
