"The hotel is in a quieter and less busy part of the lake, closer to the big mountain. Room was very quiet and warm at night in early April. There is a heater in the bathroom so I felt like in a sauna. The mattress can also be heated on colder days. They provide a ton of snacks like chocolate, nuts, wafers. We also had afternoon tea once we arrived. Their breakfast is very impressive and not spicy. There’s no lift but a very nice staff girl 直玛 helped us to carry our bags up and down. We also asked if we can get some snacks for our trip back to Lijiang, and she gave so many rose cakes for free. Very satisfied with the service. They also picked us up from another hotel on a car."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Da Luoshui Village, with its entrance facing Lugu Lake and offering a spectacular open view. The lobby and courtyard are elegantly furnished and impeccably clean, and the staff are warm and courteous. I was particularly touched by a young lady named Erche, who, worried that I, with my poor sense of direction, wouldn't find the hotel, actually walked hundreds of meters to meet me and even offered to carry my heaviest suitcase. It was truly moving. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are not only spacious but also very clean, equipped with a humidifier and a direct drinking water dispenser. They even brought complimentary Tremella soup in the evening. The service is incredibly thoughtful!"

"I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!"

"This guesthouse is the absolute best, no question! They have every single disposable amenity you could ask for. After staying in places from Kunming to Dali, this one was by far the most comfortable! It's the first time I've ever seen Shuke toothpaste provided, and it's their 'plus' version! The toothbrush was incredibly soft too! Even the tea bags were branded! Plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off service, and sweet dessert soup in the evenings! What really blew me away was the breakfast! I expected a standard, uninspired buffet like other hotels, but it was amazing! Beautifully plated and a perfectly balanced meal! Oh, I'm so sad I was too busy eating to take photos! When we checked out, the front desk lady even gave us traditional brown sugar as a gift! The clear sky over Lugu Lake was absolutely stunning too! Oh, and the service at Junxiang Xiaoyuan Stone Pot Fish was fantastic, absolutely on par with Haidilao! The staff were so entertaining! Lugu Lake is wonderful! I'll definitely be back!"

"Staying at the Lugu Lake Mosuo Villa was such a wonderful surprise! The owner is a genuine Mosuo person, incredibly warm and attentive. They provided reserved parking and luggage transfer. During check-in, they patiently explained the activities and helped us book a traditional pig-trough boat ride to see the morning mist. They even prepared oxygen cylinders for our trip up Goddess Mountain. The rooms are designed in the original Mosuo style, with views of Lugu Lake and Goddess Mountain right outside the window. The lakeside is just a short walk away, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. There's also a traditional Mosuo house to visit, which is really unique! The breakfast was also delicious. These two dreamlike days have been amazing; I'm already recommending it to everyone!"
