"This accommodation near Fengjia offered excellent value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk to Fengjia Night Market. The room was clean and the space was adequate; one large suitcase fit fine, but two would be too cramped. The bathroom and shower head were very clean. There were many thoughtful touches, such as a large shelf in the bathroom providing ample space for personal toiletries. The hairdryer was a decent, powerful one, so women will have no problem drying their hair. The bidet toilet also functioned perfectly. The bed was just average. One pillow was too soft and easily flattened, while the other (a bolster pillow) was extremely firm. The hotel itself is quite eco-friendly; guests are encouraged to use refillable water bottles from communal dispensers. The lobby features smart self-check-in and check-out. If any issues arise, there's a convenient phone to call for assistance. They've streamlined the process effectively, so guests are unlikely to encounter any problems. The parking lot was spacious and well-lit! It's a fantastic indoor underground parking facility. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor; you select your breakfast time during check-in. Upon arriving on that floor, it felt like a 5-star experience. The full-length windows with their expansive, unobstructed view created a wonderfully comfortable feeling first thing in the morning. Most importantly, the breakfast was very much to my liking. The stay on June 15th cost NT$2390. Upon checking out, I noticed an entire floor of guest rooms being prepared for AC cleaning (I assume), which shows the hotel is diligently maintained—very impressive. Minor drawback: My friend didn't appreciate the eco-friendly water refill system. Although vending machines sold other amenities, they didn't offer bottled water, and a convenience store was a five-minute walk away."

"I couldn’t believe that there was no water at night. When I got to the hotel at 9pm on my second day of the journey in Taichung. I wanted to take a shower, and I realized there was no water, I couldn’t even wash my face. I tried to reach out to the front desk, the staff was not helpful, she didn’t provide any solution or alternative options but just said” you need to wait couple hours”. WHAT!! It was unbelievable and unacceptable."

"overall is good but if drive car better think twice as car park underground need to use car lift. Just nice during our stay the lift out of service during our check out time. A little bit speechless as heard that spoilt since 9am but we wait until 12:30pm."

"The hotel is excellently located, right next to Fengjia Night Market. I booked on a Saturday, and for some reason, hotels in Taichung are incredibly expensive on Saturdays; this one was triple its usual rate. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was very good. Despite the Saturday price hike, the cost felt reasonable for such a prime location. I would consider staying here again."

"We had an excellent stay! The family room (triple) was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread was generous with a great variety of options. The body lotion smells so good , we bought one back (cost 1000 TWD) for own use, available at front desk . Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families!"

"First thing , need to thank the counter staff Ona for her good recommendation. My friend who had an accidental fall in the bathroom of the hotel needed medical attention. We wanted to go to the nearest hospital, which there was one near the hotel, but Ona on understanding my friend’s condition, suggested to go to the orthopaedic clinic which is just a stone throw aqua from the hotel. We could just walk there to have her condition examined very quickly ! Had we gone to the hospital A&E not sure how long we would have to wait ! So special thanks to Ona for being proactive and enquire more about the needs of the customers and giving the good advice ! My friend stepped on the door frame of the bath room shower and it was slippery after her room mate had a bath. Would suggest the hotel to paste an anti slip on the shower room door frame Around the hotel is a great massage place call 湯 村。this place is slightly more expensive but hotel guest has 10 percent discount . The other foot massage parlours around are not as good as this one which has a private room for customers and the staff there professional . Would be great if the hotel could work with this place to get an even greater discount for hotel guests. For breakfast those that love traditional Chinese breakfast of porridge with condiments would love it ! Those the prefers western would be disappointed ! Hotel is very strict about late check out. For guests staying for more than one night , I think the hotel should be more generous especially if the checkout is on Sunday as I expect there would not be so many guests Sunday to Monday Overall the stay was comfortable, even for their standard room they have shower with bath tub, a small table with sofa .. this is very considerate , as in Taiwan , it a always great to buy late night supper from the night market and eat in at the hotel room ! There are convenience stall around the hotel and even a place selling ********* style barbecue"

"Feeling pretty good about this one, very clean. The facilities are quite complete, and check-in was very smooth. The hotel's location is in a great neighborhood, very close to the high-speed train station, and there are things to see and do nearby."

"The hotel pre-set the air conditioning, and the room felt incredibly comfortable the moment we entered! There's a self-service laundry and dryer on the 3rd floor. Washing is only NT$50, and drying for NT$10 for ten minutes. Remember to bring NT$10 in change; it's very convenient! Although breakfast is across the street from the hotel, Ai Chu Breakfast Shop is excellent. The set menu includes a drink, omelet, and a soft drink, along with plenty of other options. It's a popular spot for locals, too!"
