Nice Hotels with Gym

"Great location right in the heart of the promenade. The hotel itself has a charming old-world classical style. Inside, it boasts a unique atmosphere and a beautiful banquet hall. There's no private beach, but there are beach clubs directly opposite, which you should try to book in advance, especially on weekends. The breakfast is good. The promenade is fantastic for walks, and the sea is incredibly beautiful and clear."

"The hotel's location is fantastic – it's really close to the airport, just a short walk away. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get into the city center, and Nice beach isn't far either. The hotel facilities are excellent; even if you don't go out to explore Nice, you'll have a great time just enjoying what the hotel has to offer. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very welcoming and helpful; they even readily provided us with cutlery when we didn't have any. I truly think this hotel offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose it again if I plan another trip to Nice!"

"Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0"

"I liked the hostel. It's close to the beach and other attractions. The staff were very polite and friendly. It has a large kitchen and other communal areas. The rooms are spacious and have an en-suite bathroom. It's a shame there are no curtains for privacy. There's free luggage storage. I recommend it."

"Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready. First, they said the air conditioning wasn't working and offered us a room without AC. We declined. Then they suggested we wait 10 minutes for the AC to be fixed. After that, it turned out the room hadn't been cleaned. They offered a bar voucher, and we waited another 30 minutes. Once we finally got into a room, it was half the size of the one we booked. The strangest thing was the woman at the front desk asking why we needed a room for three people if there were only two of us. We are very disappointed with this treatment of guests."

"The room is very large and the environment is very good. You can walk to the beach. The swimming pool on the top floor has a wide view and a full atmosphere. It is worth recommending"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨"

"The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around."

"We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower."
