"The cleanliness and facilities were average, but the location and price were its advantages. The room had no air conditioning and was poorly ventilated; opening the window to the street made it very noisy, and the bed was hard, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. Breakfast was at the restaurant across the street; a bowl of noodles cost 8 yuan, but the room rate was increased by 20 yuan, so it was better to just buy it directly. Also, the front desk didn't proactively offer breakfast vouchers; while we were having breakfast, guests kept coming to the hotel asking for them, which was quite inconvenient."

"The hotel is quite good. We arrived in Xining at 10:15 pm and made an appointment to be picked up at the airport in advance. The pick-up staff was very helpful. As soon as the plane landed, they contacted us by phone to inform us of the waiting location. We arrived at the hotel in about 10 minutes. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite and prepared snacks when we arrived in the room. It was very touching and warm."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from an open stadium. To its left, there's a riverside promenade, and to its right, a public park. With a food street and Hualian Supermarket nearby, it's incredibly convenient for leisure, dining, and shopping. The rooms are simply decorated with a practical layout, featuring plenty of useful counter space and no unpleasant odors. The bedding, towels, and bath towels are very clean, and the mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff are warm and polite. The hotel offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the driver was very courteous and proactively helped with our luggage – we really appreciate that. The hotel breakfast is excellent; although the variety isn't huge, it's very practical and ensures you're well-fed and satisfied. The hotel also has central air conditioning. All the staff are very enthusiastic and polite, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the hot water pressure is great. The only minor drawback was the disposable slippers, which were a bit noisy and felt very plastic-like. Overall, this hotel surpasses most 3-star hotels, offers incredible value for money, and is highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is super close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive for airport drop-off. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped upgrade us to a suite, truly showing the warmth of the Qinghai people. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the way, with hardly any food delivery options. After a long day of travel, I didn't feel like going out to eat, so I just dined at the hotel. Overall, it was okay."

"We booked this hotel while connecting flights in Xining. Perhaps it was the off-season, but we were pleasantly surprised by the price for such a great hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. Upon entering, we were given snacks and yogurt. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed there for two days, and I couldn't get enough. The hotel also offers airport transfers. We arrived around 10 PM, and as soon as our plane landed, the driver called to pick us up on time. Our drop-off was at 5 AM, and the front desk had a wake-up call and gave us a Western breakfast with yogurt and fruit. It was so thoughtful. With such a great price and excellent service, I was so happy. I'll definitely stay here again in Xining. Thank you to the front desk and the driver who dropped us off. It was so early, and we apologize for the inconvenience."
