"This inn was better than expected. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Room decorated very nice and modern. Beds super comfy. Location is only a few minutes away from Southhampton, at a much more reasonable price. Grounds were well kept up, landscaped and freshly painted. We only stayed one night, as we were on a road trip, but would certainly stay again if in the area."

"It is a clean place to sleep in Hamptons Bays. That’s it. Small unit off a quiet road. Windows face the parking lot, so you have to keep your shades drawn, which is claustrophobic. Sheets and bedding are low quality, not particularly comfortable to sleep on. Host is remote control, so nobody welcomes you or cares about your experience. A/C is a window unit, so it’s noisy. Kitchen consists of a microwave and refrigerator."

"My wife and I stayed there during August 2025 for a night. All around, really positive. Great bang for your buck and deliciously placed near plenty of public and quit beaches in a quaint area. Debbie and Larry are courteous and generous and very professional. Would love to come here again. Just keep in mind, Montauk Point is still over an hour away and getting further by the year (nothing to do with climate change, just traffic :). Great pool, clean rooms, charming and relaxing!"

"The well appointed cottage was breathtaking and charming. We arrived on a raining night in the dark, lights were placed on in key cottage rooms to welcome, complimentary Hot Cider & Snacks provided on the kitchen island. The gas fire place in living room and kitchen just took the edge off, and provided that warmth and visual as we come in from a rainy night with our bags. The mattress, sheets and pillows all contributed to an amazing and restful night sleep. Thanks John"
