"Convenient location. Restaurants open for dinner hours. Indoor pool was a bonus. Balcony view was great for sunrise watching. Waters in room for coffee machine was useful. Spacious King sized bed."

"JUNE 20th ——-28 ….2025. Once again the week went by to fast … sad it’s time to go home…. We had a great time once again at the Sands.. it makes me sick when people run the place down (((go elsewhere )) Bobby and front deck people were more than accommodating 🩷 The rooms were very clean … it had a coffee maker…with filters toaster…. Dishes with coffee cups…. bowls…. plate’s silverware….Nice big refrigerator … air conditioner we really enjoyed our stay can’t wait until next year June 19—28—-2026 see you next year Bobby ….Heather….. "What a beautiful place to stay. We had a balcony that faced the ocean. It was the most relaxing 3 nights that we have ever had in Hampton. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and we just loved the ocean view. We were far down from all the action and did a lot of walking which was great."

"We really needed two bedrooms because our 18 months often will not sleep through the night. We found this listing on Vrbo which is an apartment that is located at the Ships Inn. Listing was described a newly renovated apartment and the price was $575 after taxes in fees per night. Due yourself a favor and do some research before booking. So to start we noticed both the refrigerator and the microwave did not work. Kinda unbelievable but sad. At first they tried to fix it but it was obvious it wouldn’t work(majority of buttons including start didn't work on microwave and the cooling element on fridge would not turn on. I must say they were really nice and brought both a mini microwave which we placed under the mounted microwave and a mini fridge which we placed on ground next to fridge. Would have been nice to have a big fridge but we made it work. It was obvious they tried to cheaply renovate the unit. It had new floors, paint, and a newer ceiling fan. But bathroom vanity was falling a par, shower nozzle lost pressure due to some water leaking from bath nozzle, mold/rust or brown spots all on walls and ceiling of bathroom. Little things obviously don’t matter either. We had a remote with no batteries and no remote for the cable box. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way for the bathroom. The location is great but for the price I paid I would have expected much better."
