"The hotel we booked this time is a century-old building near Harbin Station, making it very convenient for commuting by subway. This two-story building, once the hotel of the Middle East Railway Bureau, may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's truly remarkable. The interior features classic Russian architecture, with antique revolving doors and a spacious staircase, solid wood wall panels in the hallways and rooms, a high vaulted ceiling in the restaurant, and an old fireplace in the lobby—everything reflects its former glory. I absolutely loved it! The service was warm and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was a set meal. It was clean, simple, and adequate, and it was a great value for money."

"The location is absolutely superb! It's literally right outside Exit 1 of Metro Line 3. The Songhua River Cableway station is just across the street, and the riverside is a mere 2-3 minute stroll away. Central Street and the Flood Control Memorial Tower are both within a 5-minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs and an eye mask. Breakfast was a bit pricey; although there was a wide variety, the taste was nothing special. One minor detail: the hallway door partially blocks the guest elevator."

"Although we stayed in a basement room this time, the Smart Choice King Room we booked was surprisingly well-lit and very spacious. It was impeccably clean every day, completely odor-free, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, contributing to a truly great travel experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangzhi Metro Station, less than a 5-minute walk away. It's also within easy walking distance of major attractions like Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and Daoli Market. For dining convenience, there's a convenience store and a noodle shop right outside the entrance. Harbin in August boasts clear blue skies, with comfortably cool and refreshing weather, making it perfect for sightseeing."

"For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!"

"On my first visit to Harbin, this hotel, which I discovered by chance, was an absolute delight. It boasts an incredibly convenient location for tourists, offers nearly all-day afternoon tea, and a meticulously prepared breakfast featuring both à la carte and buffet options. The service truly rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. What particularly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of neatly tying up phone cables after room cleaning – a small detail I had only ever seen before at the Regent Chongqing. We booked a garden room with a private courtyard, and the small patio at the entrance was absolutely charming. The public courtyard is also ideal for outdoor tea and relaxation. Furthermore, the customer service manager and all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were extremely knowledgeable about Harbin's dining scene and were able to recommend the most unique and authentic restaurants to guests. They even thoughtfully prepared a small farewell gift upon our departure. This is truly a fantastic hotel, worth revisiting two or even three times! I've already recommended it to many friends."

"The hotel is decorated in a simple atmosphere and the transportation is super convenient! The bedding is white and soft, and the sleep experience is excellent. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the cleaning is meticulous. The front desk service is intimate, the price is very high, business travel or tourism are recommended."

There are tons of great food options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast is pretty good too, so you'll never run out of dining choices. We booked a family room this time, and for such a prime and valuable location, the room was surprisingly spacious. The interior facilities are brand new, featuring smart home amenities, which made for a fantastic stay. A special shout-out goes to the front desk team – the young ladies and gentlemen. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, and quite charming to boot!"

"This was my second visit to Harbin, and I happily chose the Mercure Harbin Sophia again. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and its location is truly unbeatable. Stepping out and turning right, you're immediately at St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, which leads directly to the Songhua River after a pleasant stroll. The breakfast spread was rich and diverse. My absolute favorites were the delicious Northeast Da Cha Zhou (corn porridge) and the freshly ground soy milk. I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel to anyone visiting Harbin!"
