"If you want to ruin your vacation, you have to stay here at your own expense. The hotel manager is the one who makes you want to change hotels, and you'll get it. He's an elderly man, clearly tired from work, and he hates everyone around him, especially those who came here for vacation. You'll hear him swearing at you, and he won't be happy to check you in and will say so. The question is, how does the hotel management keep him?! Or rather, what's his motivation?"

"The service we received on our visit to the hotel was exceptional ..the reception manager Liav was very caring and worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed , his main concern was that we were happy ..He really understood us and what we needed. the reception staff were all so caring and we really felt they wanted to please us in any way they could. Alan was exceptionally nice and understanding especially when we had a misunderstanding with our reservation. He went out of his way to make us so comfortable. if you come here its worthwhile to meet these wonderful people they will take care of your every need1 the rooms are luxurious and the veiw is breathtaking!"

"This is a horrible hotel if you can even call it a hotel They claim they have free parking in the hotel.... but to enter there they ask you to honk with the car so they can open the gate. When you honk for 10 minutes and nothing happens, they say: "In that case, just call us". The problem is that no one answers when you call. So then I go to the lobby and no one is there. Every day same story. I wasted every day 20-30 minutes to enter the hotel and sometimes for several times. A hotel that respects itself would never allow such behavior. If you have a car and you need a parking, my advice stay as far as you can from this hotel."
