"The room was small and the facilities were poor. I wanted to check out later, but the waiter refused. There is really no advantage except that it is close to the train station. It is not worth the price."

"When I was walking towards the hotel, I could tell the security guard was chatting with another person at the entrance. This guard was only looking at me and not even acknowledging me with a smile or greeting. This is outrageous and so unwelcoming. I would really address this with your entrance-guard, this is absolutely unacceptable. I was walking towards the hotel with a suitcase, there was no excuse that he scanned me like a criminal but not even greeted me with a nod/smile. When I was checking in, the lady at the reception was fine. Later in the afternoon I found out that this hotel is supporting asylum seekers and refugees, which I think is a noble cause, but it did come as a surprise. I believe acknowledging this during the check-in would have been a good courtesy. Good stuff: The location of the hotel is great - it's right in the middle in the city centre, close to the shopping area with some food options directly next to the hotel and also close to the supermarket. The rooms are neat, with a good working Nespresso machine, and a mini fridge, which are big bonus for me. The girls at the reception (Madelief) is great, so would like to mention her. The breakfast was extremely modest, but what can you expect for 9,50? I would not remove the breakfast facility, but maybe see if there is a way to make it a more fair range. Altogether, it wasn't too bad, but there are definitely some pointers that can be reviewed. "
