"We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family, the breakfast was substantial with plenty of options, and the tiny lollies at the front desk were a sweet bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"Love all the staffs especially 3 ladies from front desk and they were helping me with my stuffs! It is so convenient to go places for the center of Palazzo Duomo. "The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three consecutive days."

"The breakfast being included makes it really worth it, especially considering the prices outside. One breakfast alone would cost around 1,200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway tracks, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to reconsider. The rooms are a bit small, but overall it's still a good stay. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking."

"The hotel is a great location to see the city and very comfortable if you arrive by train. The room was clean, not very recently the equipment, but more than worthy. Breakfast of good quality, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Cute and available staff. I certainly advise you."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"Aside from the location, which is a bit further from the city center, the hotel is really great. It's outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and further from the center. The room was very large and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and the staff were attentive. I recommend it."

"The hotel is incredibly close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, which is very convenient. It's also within walking distance of the city center and other attractions. The hotel's decor is elegant and charming, with a classic, antique feel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all warm and friendly. There's an elevator, but each one is quite small, only fitting two people at a time. However, the stairs are easily accessible too. The carpeted floors mean that footsteps don't disturb others. Upon check-in during Christmas, we received local specialty Christmas cookies (Prato almond biscuits) and a greeting card, which was a lovely touch. On New Year's Eve, there was a harp performance in the lobby, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel breakfast was abundant and delicious! The room was very spacious; there was plenty of room even after placing our luggage. The hotel mentioned it had been renovated in 2025, and I really liked the floral wallpaper and bedspread. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a 2-in-1 shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. The staff noticed we were two women and thoughtfully replaced our towels with two pink ones the next day – very attentive service. The air conditioning worked excellently, keeping the room very warm. The window overlooked a small inner courtyard, not the street, so it was quite quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria train station. Since Florence itself is relatively small, most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The apartment building where the hotel is located appears to be somewhat old, but the hotel itself was recently renovated with high-quality materials and a first-class experience. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel front desk staff; they were attentive, responsible, and patiently explained everything. They processed my request for an extra room in the early morning very quickly, for which I am extremely grateful."
