"The environment is great, and the food is good. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is truly impeccable. Walking into the lobby, you can immediately feel the clean and refreshing air. The greenery is exquisitely arranged, making you feel relaxed and at ease the moment you arrive. "Very pleasantly surprised hotel! The location is excellent, close to the American Consulate in Fei Leng Cui and the river. The hotel is in the rental part of a villa. There are not many rooms, but they are all large, with high ceilings and murals, just like in an old castle. The service staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast room is also very cultural, the food is a la carte, cooked to order, tastes good, and the waiters are very friendly. Parking is also available, but you have to pay a parking fee of 30 euros per day, and the hotel staff will help you park in a nearby parking lot. This is the most comfortable hotel in our trip to Italy."

"The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back."

"The hotel is a great location to see the city and very comfortable if you arrive by train. The room was clean, not very recently the equipment, but more than worthy. Breakfast of good quality, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Cute and available staff. I certainly advise you."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three consecutive days."

"This hotel is hands down the best I've stayed at in Italy. First off, for luggage storage, there's dedicated staff to take your bags and bring them back directly to you when you need them. Secondly, the breakfast spread is fantastic; I enjoyed croissants and cappuccinos for two days straight. The location is super convenient too, just a five or six-minute walk from the train station and you're right there."

"The breakfast being included makes it really worth it, especially considering the prices outside. One breakfast alone would cost around 1,200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway tracks, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to reconsider. The rooms are a bit small, but overall it's still a good stay. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking."

"The location is quite good, very convenient for taking public transport. The room is small, but it has everything you need, and the little balcony is very comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet, as it's a residential area. The room is a bit old, and the hallway is quiet, but the floors feel too thin between levels; you can hear chairs being dragged around. There's no noise at night though. The front desk staff are friendly. You can refill free water daily."

GGuest UserA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. ❤️

LLicichkaEverything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!

Service was excellent; they were incredibly helpful with our luggage, even bringing it directly to our room. Our suite was wonderful. Despite its historical character, it was exceptionally well-maintained, offering a genuine feel of a grand European family home. A good selection of snacks and drinks were provided. The bathtub was a welcome amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Big plus! Our room was named 'Mona Lisa'.

My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Right after I booked, the price dropped, and after I contacted Trip.com, customer service immediately refunded the difference. When we checked our luggage, the front desk tried to upsell us to a larger room for 30 Euros, but we didn't have much luggage so we declined. The room was indeed small, mainly the bathroom door was hard to open without bumping into things; it should really be a sliding door. All visible areas were quite clean, but there was a lot of dust on the cups and tabletop. A kettle and tea bags were provided, but no free water. The kettle also had a lot of limescale, so I didn't dare use it. Breakfast was quite simple. Overall, it's good value for money.

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

GGuest UserExcellent location, excellent treatment and service by all the staff, especially by the receptionist who is there in the mornings and who knows how to speak Spanish. Their kindness and attention: exceptional, the fact that it has a swimming pool, even if it is small, to take a dip especially in summer, with the heat that it is, is an important point to take into account, and although I have read that they do not warn that it does not have an elevator and that in many cases, like us, they send you to the second floor with many steps, it is true, but they also take your suitcases up and down. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Florence.

GGuest UserThe stay was nice and the staff were friendly. The environment is warm and cosy. The room is clean. The only issue we had was that the shower faucet was slightly faulty which we could bear with. Staff were very nice and Gabriel and Armando were very helpful. Location is further away from the city center but walkable distance and quieter which we enjoyed. Overall a nice pleasant experience.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowSo the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because I booked a single. I wanted to switch to a double and pay the extra €8 up charge but they didn't have any rooms available the two times that I wanted to switch. The single bed baby slightly uncomfortable and made my body sore. I think if I had a double I would have been perfectly fine but as things stand I kind of have a back ache. Breakfast was tasty staff was very polite and professional location was ideal. I won't book a single there again but I thought this room was lovely the amenities were lovely The service was lovely and I had a great time. I would without question stay there again but not in a single bed. The room was very small but well situated and I was happy with the staff the breakfast and everything else except for the bed which was uncomfortable to me. The one problem I will say with that room is that the lights are dim they were perhaps trying to economize and I bought a hundred watt light bulb and stuck it in the light socket because it was just too dark for me to see him for me to read and for me to function. They took it out and replaced it with a very low wattage bulb I think it's to try to save money to be honest. So buy light bulb 75 Watts and when you leave the room and they clean it take it out and put their crappy light bulb in. Also there's only a few television stations in English and they were all news. No movies. I still would stay there again I like the theme of the hotel I like the ambience and I like the staff.
