"The hotel is conveniently located near Florence train station, about a 7-8 minute walk with luggage. I mentioned in advance that it was our honeymoon, so the hotel decorated our room for us ☺️. The bed was huge, and it even had a patio balcony. Including the balcony, it might have been around 20 square meters. The space for walking around and opening suitcases in the room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom size was just right. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. Every morning, the staff would ask us if we wanted an espresso or a cappuccino, then prepare it and bring it to our table."

"Amazing experience! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The photos are 100% accurate. But it’s a pity that I forgot to take any pictures in the room. So I will attach some photos I took on the balcony, you can enjoy the view. The hotel’s design—from the lobby, rooms, and dining area to even the public restrooms—is beautiful and modern. The self-service bar is well-stocked with various kinds of tea and coffee. You can also get hot water and sparkling water there. Plus, the location is very convenient for getting around. The reception service was enthusiastic and prompt. If I go to Florence next time, I will stay here again."

"The hotel has a truly artistic atmosphere, and is within walking distance of many famous attractions. The front desk service was excellent, proactively introducing attractions and providing maps. The walkway steps have transparent ramps, making it easy to pull luggage."

"Facilities: Mostly complaints: 1. The standard 14 sqm room was definitely misrepresented. We stayed at a hotel in Milan later where a 15 sqm room felt much, much more spacious. There's no harm in a little comparison. 2. The bedside table was literally just a block of wood – you read that right, not even a small shelf, just a block. There wasn't even enough space for two phones to charge. 3. The electric kettle had a large plastic lining and was broken. Luckily, we always bring our own portable one when traveling. 4. The room had a lingering smell of cleaning products, and when the heating was turned on at night, there was also a distinct smell coming from the air ducts. 5. The sink faucet wouldn't shut off completely and kept leaking. Location: It's about a 100-meter walk from the nearest train station exit, just around the corner across the street. The location is truly convenient, especially for those staying in Florence and planning day trips to other Tuscan cities by train. This is a big plus. Service: The front desk staff immediately pushed for a room upgrade (to a 22 sqm superior room). After politely declining multiple times, we were told we couldn't check in until after 3 PM, but if we upgraded, we could check in immediately. We were also asked to pay the city tax right away (which is fine, but it was strange as all our other hotels in Rome, Venice, and Milan collected it upon checkout). However, the breakfast was absolutely excellent! After enduring several days of hotels in Rome offering no hot food at all, having hot scrambled eggs, bacon, and stir-fried vegetables was pure bliss. Plus, the breakfast menu changed daily, and we enjoyed it thoroughly for all five days of our stay. Overall: The location, breakfast, and value for money allow me to give it 5 stars, which somewhat compensates for the shortcomings in the room type, cleanliness, and facilities."

"The location was perfect. Less than 10mins walk from the Florence S.M.Novella station and less than 5mins walk from Piazza del Duomo. The room was clean and capable. Spaces are enough for two big suitcase to be opened at the same time. One thing to complain was when we arrive at the hotel for check-in. The front desk couldn't find my reservations. I told the women in-charge that I booked the room from trip.com but she keeps saying I booked it from *********** where she couldn't find my reservation. At the end she end up finding and said : I don't know why your booking has been cancelled. Fourtunately, another staff showed up. His attitude was way better and asked me not to worry even if my reservation was cancelled they still have spare room for us. At the end he made it to find our reservation and we did our check-in. Overall, the experience during the stay was good. Besides from the little accident during check-in, I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Firenze again."

"Right by the train station, super convenient! They even let me check in at 11 AM and stored my luggage for free. The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with my takeout order, and when I checked out, one staff member chatted with me, saying he'd been to Shanghai and planned to visit Beijing next. When I came back for my luggage, a female staff member saw I was struggling a bit and heading for the accessible ramp, but she just grabbed my bag and carried it down for me. 🤠 The single room was small, just like in the pictures. The only downside was the soundproofing wasn't great, but for the price, it was excellent value for money. Parking was also convenient right next door, though a bit pricey at 30 Euros a night."

"Conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station, but not very noisy which is nice. My room had a little balcony. But I gotta say, as a newly opened hotel and an IHG group hotel, I was very disappointed. First, I found a used bandage stuck on my “clean” towel, and the bathroom was poorly designed , with the half screen on the bathtub , I guarantee you would get water everywhere on the floor no matter how careful you are when taking a shower. The hotel & room is stylish, but as a hotel of 2 years old (according to the internet, the hotel opened in 2023), the bathroom is badly maintained , broken faucet which was temporarily fixed, rusts and stains everywhere, i guess also because of the poor selection of materials when it was designed, this all makes it look like a 20 year old hotel. The first morning I had breakfast, I went really early, it was nice and quiet, I thought the spread was good and not bad in taste & quality. But the 2nd morning I went at 9ish, tables were not cleaned , the hash browns were rock-hard. And we saw other guests having different breakfast items that were not in the buffet, so I asked the staff if there were other options, and not until then we were told each guests can order 1 item each from the ala carte menu with no cost, we were not informed about this and I think guests deserves to know they have options… i guess that’s how they treat tourists ….. or just how they treat Asians….. so if you stay here, be sure to ask for the menu if you want alternatives for your breakfast."

"This hotel was excellent! We stayed at two hotels in Florence, and this one was so much better than the other. The other one, B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli, was absolutely horrendous. Coming to this hotel on our second day truly felt like a rescue."
