"The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.  The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!"

"Great location, especially good for intercity travel through SMN station. Room size is not big but good enough for us to mange luggages, and to take rest. We love their breakfast, good taste and mix of croissants, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese,.. etc, charged only at Euro 15 per head. If I have to pick something better for improvement, I would say that the hotel rate per day at off season could be 20% or 30% discount."

"The room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!"

"stayed just one night at this hotel during my trip to Florence. The room was quite small, which might be a downside for longer stays, but it was clean and well-kept. The real highlight, though, was the rooftop terrace — the panoramic view over Florence was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a good overall experience for a short stay. Perfect if you’re spending most of your time exploring the city and want a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day."

"The old-style garden house is located by the roadside and is very quiet. The room has a garden, but it looks neglected; the furniture is vintage but clean. The bathroom is new, spacious, and functional, especially the hairdryer. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a shared living room with various snacks and coffee. It's a guesthouse, so you need to contact the host for assistance and make a reservation; they are very friendly. I checked in on the 28th and 29th, and the price was over 1100 RMB per night including tax. On the check-out day, it was only over 700 RMB. Objectively speaking, considering the location and room conditions, 700 RMB is a reasonable price. You can walk to see David, and take a bus nearby to see Adam and Eve."

Because the interior is newly renovated, it is clean and tidy👍 However, it is a bit overwhelming for the decoration to be completed in one step and ”unmanned management”. You must download the required app according to the email in advance, complete the cumbersome registration process, and activate the electronic key. This is very important. Because I didn't open the email in advance, I registered and downloaded outside the hotel on a hot day, which was very uncomfortable. I can't accept ”unmanaged” hotels at all"

"A very clean hotel with breakfast included. The front desk staff were always incredibly welcoming. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to major attractions and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Given that hotels in Southern Italy can be quite expensive, this place offers excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit basic, it's very clean and tidy. Booking through Ctrip was also very convenient. Definitely recommended!"
