"Great location, especially good for intercity travel through SMN station. Room size is not big but good enough for us to mange luggages, and to take rest. We love their breakfast, good taste and mix of croissants, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese,.. etc, charged only at Euro 15 per head. If I have to pick something better for improvement, I would say that the hotel rate per day at off season could be 20% or 30% discount."

"The best hotel in Florence I have ever stayed very well located and just 5 min walking from train station. Tiny swimming pool but very precious in the city center like this so I still tried the pool even it’s very cold in middle of sep, the front desk ( cute boy) really friendly to book the restaurant for my customers with patience and the lady in the breakfast room are super nice to me! Lunch in Asia fusion in Italian is also unexpected good!"

"The hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient for walks. The staff is polite and very friendly. Upon learning it was my first time in Florence, they gave me a tourist map and informed me about the sights, even drawing a convenient route for me. At my request, they printed out a concert ticket. The room was warm. I made tea using my own water heater, so the absence of a kettle wasn't an issue. Breakfast was perfectly fine, just like at most hotels. The hotel definitely undersells itself with its star rating; it could easily be a 3-star."

"I was very pleased with my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even let us check in early. A nice bonus was the free ice available on the ground floor. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions."

The luggage storage felt a bit informal and insecure since bags were left unattended, but thankfully, theft doesn't seem to be a common problem. Its location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the Duomo."

"This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel."

"This hotel in Florence is more like a B&B. It is a very old house. There is no 24-hour front desk, which I overlooked. It was already past seven when I arrived. The door was locked and I needed to call to communicate (I later found that the hotel had sent me an email with the door code). I found that there was no elevator after entering the door, and the stairs were very narrow. I almost cried. When I booked, I saw that no one complained about the lack of elevator in the comments, so I didn't confirm it again. The room I was given was on the fourth floor. After communicating for a long time, I could only lock the big box at the front desk and take the necessary things to the room. Fortunately, I negotiated with Maria at the front desk early the next morning to upgrade me to a deluxe room on a lower floor, and later she helped me move my luggage. Thank her very much. The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience. It is ten minutes away from the train station, but because the road is old, it is a bit inconvenient to drag heavy luggage. It is close to the Central Market, Duomo de Fiore, Medici Chapel and Academy of Fine Arts Museum, and you can walk there. Maybe the hotel's hardware facilities are defective, and it provides a wealth of free drinks, free coffee at the front desk, biscuits, etc., which is quite heartwarming. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast, you need to give a breakfast coupon to go to the cooperating restaurant to get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. You can choose the variety. There are many small restaurants around, which is convenient."

"3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!"

"Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay."
