"We reserved a room with a private bathroom for two people. It had everything necessary to be comfortable for a few days. The bathroom is super small but functional. It has a fan, AC and radiator heating. Some marks of humidity in the room but overall very good value for money. Very well organized independent access. Recommendable."

"It was a little bit uncomfortable using some amenities such as hair dryer and the shower. When I try to plug in the hairdryer, it didn’t work in either of the outlets so I had to use my own. In addition, the shower isn’t really fixed well into its own holder, so it dropped easily to the ground. The location was very close to the train station and the step was friendly. However, the building is bit old and little bit noisy because the soundproof is not that great. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience."

"The receptionists and luggage-storage staff were all friendly and helpful. Although this is a hostel rather than a hotel, we still had a great experience over our expectation. We booked a double bed room with private bathroom, the facilities in the room were limited but it was clean and had a balcony. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we could see the dome of the Florence Cathedral and beautiful sunset - an absolutely delightful surprise."

"I prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am."

"Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional. Loved it. PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful."

"This was the best hostel experience I’ve ever had! The beds were incredibly spacious and came with new, warm blankets. The laundry facilities were great, and the premises are huge since the hostel is connected to a student residence. Keep in mind that payment at reception is by card only, including for the city tax. The staff were very kind and helped me resolve a few issues I had with my booking. The only minor drawback is the location — it’s a bit far from the train station and major attractions. However, there’s a bus stop right by the hostel, and the buses are frequent and punctual."

"The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Florence's Santa Maria Novella train station. Just a short stroll of about ten meters away, there's a Chinese Chuan Chuan Xiang (skewer hotpot) restaurant where we enjoyed several decent meals. Within 50 to 100 meters, you'll find a Carrefour supermarket and the popular Zaza restaurant, which even past 9 PM still had a queue. The Duomo is also easily reachable, only a 6-7 minute walk away. The hotel's location is superbly convenient. Our quad room was moderately sized, clean, and tidy. While the air conditioning wasn't particularly strong, we appreciated the two fans provided in the room for extra circulation. Luckily, Florence's weather wasn't overly hot during our stay, and the breeze at 9 AM was quite refreshing. The breakfast room was small, and the selection was simple, though sufficient to start the day. Offerings included eggs, croissants, two types of fruit (apples and bananas), and a rotating selection of sweet breads. Beverages included coffee, tea, juice, and hot cocoa. There was also a toaster; we enjoyed toasting bread and pairing it with jam, butter, and cold cuts, which was quite tasty. Check-in is available until 9 PM. For late arrivals, guests must inform the hotel in advance, as the front desk is unstaffed in the evenings. A key is then provided for access via a side door. A unique feature is the hotel's elevator, which only serves up to the second floor. Guests staying on higher floors will need to carry their luggage up the stairs. Overall, our stay was very comfortable."

"The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the central train Firenze Santa Maria Novella. It takes about 15 minutes to drag the luggage.  There are many shops along the way. The hotel location is opposite the Notre Dame Baihua Cathedral. The location is convenient.  The hotel is of a small scale. It is in a building, only one floor, and there are more than dozens of rooms. The room we stayed in this time was very clean, and the window looked out to the back alley. The staff were very polite and overall very satisfied."

"Great location! 1 min walk from the train station and within 10 mins to the town centre and the Duomo. The hotel receptionist Mariam was very sweet, helpful and attentive! The hotel was fairly newly renovated and everything was clean and modern. Highly recommend this hotel for your Florence stay."
