"The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!"

"The stay was very pleasant. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk from the hostel, with direct connections to the central station, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The regional train station is right in front of the hostel—we caught our train to Pisa within just 2 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Self check-in is available, and you can store your luggage for free. An automatic cleaning robot helps keep the place tidy. There’s also a 24/7 coffee machine, and games like pool and foosball are available. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price."

Perhaps because I've been through so many terrible experiences with European hotels, my expectations for accommodations have gradually decreased… The price was a bit high, but both the rooms and the shared bathrooms were very clean, and the guests were very well-behaved and quiet at night, so I slept very well!"

"The location is close to any attraction in Florence. It can be accessed to most attractions within 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is also good. There are some delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel is also clean. The bathroom is shared but it is really clean. But pay attention to the towels. The front desk service is very good and patient. But a little crowded, if you don't mind more than 10 people in a room, it's really good!"

"In room 10 the flush barrel did not work. For 2 days it. The VC was not repaired. The “window” looked out onto the wall and the sewer. The smell in the room was not fresh. For the money, 2 stars are justified. But I wish it were better"

"This hotel is located right in the heart of Florence, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and spacious. On our first night, our room was quite noisy and we didn't get much sleep. We reported it to the front desk the next day, and they promptly moved us to a much quieter room, which we really appreciated."

"Spotlessly clean, and the facilities were perfect. The front desk staff were really helpful and polite, and you could even check in in the middle of the night. The only issue was that some staff weren't fully familiar with certain procedures (I had already paid the city tax for three days – the first two and the fourth – but on the last day, the front desk couldn't figure it out), so I can't give a perfect score. Regarding the location, pay special attention to this! Google Maps is inaccurate. In the map, once you pass the SYNLAB Manifattura Firenze-Centro medical center, aparto is to the left. Look for the entrance using the image, otherwise, you'll get off at the theater stop and have to walk for more than ten minutes. This also points to another service issue; I only received detailed directions after checking in on the first day, but I think the front desk usually sends these out in advance. Overall, I was very satisfied, and public transport runs even late at night."

I would like to stay again."

"Hotel Spagna! What a location and such friendly staff. So close to SMN station and to all the closest attractions. The staff are very friendly and check in was so easy. They also are very well informed and helped with recommendations for food/shops. The only ”issue” I faced was that the wifi wasn't working for 2 of the 3 nights that I was there. Highly recommend."
