The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and even had a bathtub, which I unfortunately didn't get to use much on my business trip, haha, what a waste! The front desk staff were also very cooperative and quick in helping me with the invoice, getting everything sorted out smoothly. If I'm ever in the area for business again, I'd probably choose this place again.

The room was alright, and the location was excellent, right next to the train station, making it easy to walk around with luggage, perfect for transfers and catching early trains. The hotel was clean and tidy, with no odors and no hard-to-reach corners. The room was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing exceeded my expectations, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and the location downstairs made dining and shopping convenient. I would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

My experience at the Atour Hotel has given me a profound understanding of the warmth of a ”home away from home” and the selfless care strangers offer when you need it most. My work brought me to an unfamiliar city and I checked into the Atour Hotel. After a day of over ten hours, exhausted and physically exhausted, I decided to order takeout for a simple dinner near the hotel. Concerned about my digestive health, I carefully selected a restaurant with good reviews and a ”light and healthy” menu. However, life is unpredictable. This seemingly harmless takeout meal turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare that night. Shortly after dinner, I began to feel a dull pain in my abdomen. At first, I thought it was just a common stomach upset and thought it would improve with rest. But as time went on, the pain intensified, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and I realized I might be having an attack. At that moment, a sense of loneliness and helplessness washed over me. In a foreign place, without family or friends, with no one to rely on, I gritted my teeth and made my way out of the bathroom. I used the room phone to call the front desk and explained my situation to the receptionist. To my surprise, the receptionist didn't hesitate. Upon learning how frail I was, she immediately came to my room and helped me downstairs. She had already contacted a nearby hospital and arranged a car to take me there. Their professionalism and efficiency reassured me throughout the entire process. Worried that I might be lonely and scared, Anshi stayed by my side throughout the journey, gently soothing me and sharing personal stories to distract and ease my anxiety. On the way to the hospital, she received several calls from different hotel staff members, asking about my well-being and expressing concern. At that moment, I suddenly felt like this wasn't a strange city, and the person before me wasn't a stranger. It was like being at home and feeling unwell after a meal, accompanied by my family. Once at the hospital, the receptionist accompanied me every step of the way, helping me register, see the doctor, pay the bill, and pick up my medication. She meticulously attended to every step, ensuring my smooth treatment. What touched me even more was the diagnosis process, which required a blood test. The hospital representative, sensing my fear, gently pulled me into her arms, covered my eyes, and patted my shoulder, offering comfort. Even in a foreign land, I felt the warmth of family. The test results were thankfully not serious. Upon returning to the hotel, Anshi escorted me back to my room and brought me millet porridge and hot water. I learned that Siyu had also prepared millet porridge for me on my way to the hospital. The porridge warmed not only my stomach but also my heart. Siyu came up to see me again around midnight. The next morning, as I left my room, the floor manager, Kongyan, kindly asked, ”Are you feeling better? We also have nourishing millet porridge for breakfast. Feel free to try some.” At that moment, I realized how cared for by everyone at Atour. In this unfamiliar city, every employee at Atour demonstrated true service through their actions, making me feel at home. This experience not only gave me a deeper understanding of Atour Hotel's service, but also made me believe that in this world, there are always people who are willing to lend a hand when you need help the most, making you feel that life is worth living. In the days to come, no matter where I go, this memory will be the most precious treasure in my heart, reminding me to believe in the power of kindness and warmth at all times and in all places. 讀高中時，母親經常帶我來賓館散步，給讀書枯燥的日子帶來一點閑趣，一晃十幾年過去了。這次帶着老婆和孩子回來，第一想到就是這個地方，花園式的賓館，無論是環境還是風景體驗都很棒，感謝前台贈送的水果，就是外面景觀湖的小魚都不見了，兒子沒看到，有點小失望，哈哈。

The hygiene of this hotel is good, the rooms are very clean, and the rooms are quite big. The steamed pumpkin for breakfast is delicious. I will stay here next time I come to Huainan to have beef soup.

The old store is renovated, the service is very good, the location is also very good, the price is super high, the breakfast is very rich, and it can't be found better than it at the same price. Close to the core location of the city, it is very convenient to go to Shannan and northern Shaanxi. There are snacks, food, vegetable markets, shopping malls and everything. It is a few steps away from the commercial street and will stay next time.

The room was large and the soundproofing was quite good, but there were too many mirrors, which was a bit scary. The cleanliness was also just average. The front desk was clearly understaffed, which resulted in a less-than-ideal attitude.

Pros: The room felt very clean upon entering. Cons: Like many hotels, the soundproofing wasn't great. We happened to be staying when there was a family with children, and it was quite noisy. I spoke to the front desk about it, and they promptly responded and said they'd look into it, so at least their attitude was good. The next day, my girlfriend ran into a staff member who proactively asked how we slept and if we had any feedback. (I think this proactive greeting and communication is a great touch; it makes you feel welcome.) Additionally, there's a beef noodle soup place called Beijie Caishi a few hundred meters from the hotel, and it's really good. I've tried a few places, and this one's flavor is a bit milder, which is exactly what I prefer. The beef offal was also very tender. The room decor was interesting, with the shower and toilet being separate. Some of the design details were quite thoughtful. The complimentary sugar-free tea was also a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience.
