"The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Also a bottle of water. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and you could sit outside and look at a great view of the sun rising over Irepetra. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

The food is decent but is mostly buffet only unless you choice to eat at the upscale restaurant. Which you need to turn in your selections the night before Ierapetra is a $10 euro cab ride with many wonderful restaurants."

"The Oleanders Garden exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning of my stay. I was greeted by smilling and frriendly staff, re ady to help with any issue. The room was spacious, bright and very cozy, with everthing you need for a comfortable stay, The breakfest were simply gorgeous, with a large selection of dishes for every taste. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the hotel, as well as the staff's attention to detail. The hoel is located in a gorge surrounded by mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the ciy. Within walking distance are beaches with criystal clear water, hiking trails, the Mylonas waterfall, traditional Greek taverns, minimarkets, pharmacies. In gerneral, I was absolutely delighted with the Oleanders Garden an will be happy to come back here again! Many thanks to all the staff for an unforgettable vacation!"

""A dreamlike hotel complex with genuine hospitality" One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. In April and early May, it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and always ready to help. You immediately sense that genuine hospitality is practiced there. I particularly remember the blonde lady at reception, who was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic every day – varied, fresh, and delicious. My favorite spot was the beautiful lounge area around the bar. There, you could sit in a very elegant and relaxed atmosphere during the day and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. The staff there were also incredibly friendly."

The reception staff are very friendly !!!!! make u feel very welcome and are ready to provide you with the best suggestions for food and activities in this city 2. My room was clean and big enough, and I had a very comfortable bed, and i was lucky i got a sea-view room 3. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of tastes of the island of Crete. I highly recommend you make the traditional dakos; the staff would help u to make it"

"Wonderful stay. It was so welcoming and Beautiful. The food was AMAZING! We would come back here in a heartbeat. The views were fab toward the sea. This hotel, is not perfect, parking could be better, it's a little hair-raising parking out front, on a hill, on a village road up a mountain, for the uninitiated-what I wouldn't have given for a parking lot! One of the nights there was family. A very loud family in the room next door and we could hear everything. But honestly it doesn't take away from how much we LOVED this stay. You should stay here, especially if you are a foodie. Fabulous! And I miss little hermes to scratch at dinner, and the kitties too.. Oh breakfast was just.. Ah the coffee is so strong and great, and the cheese pie, and the Greek yogurt. Still think about breakfast here. "

I stayed in the frishly renovated room 109(sea view,terrace with own Orange tree 😃,new furniture,great bathroom with walk-in shower).Hotel 3* is little,but very good like 4*++.The staff,manager is very attentive,helpful; Food,cleanliness PERFECTLY-that’s why the same faces are often here.I Highly recommend f.natur beach lovers,swimming under hotel rock cliff (without watershoe!sandy sea bottom).HOTEL is a good BASE 💚to trip to Spinalonga ,XEROCAMBOS (UNESCO sities in South-East Crete)-rent a car!New modernized,asphalted road ,1h from ho.
