"Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend"

""A dreamlike hotel complex with genuine hospitality" One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. In April and early May, it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and always ready to help. You immediately sense that genuine hospitality is practiced there. I particularly remember the blonde lady at reception, who was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic every day – varied, fresh, and delicious. My favorite spot was the beautiful lounge area around the bar. There, you could sit in a very elegant and relaxed atmosphere during the day and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. The staff there were also incredibly friendly."

I think this was the worst hotel I since years stayed and far far below any modern standard. Only the hotel lobby felt comfortoble. "The Deluxe suite with sea view and two bedrooms was spacious, nice terrace. The other two balconies belonging to the apartment were without furniture. Two toilets. Well worth the money, highly recommended. Straight across the beach. Note that the reception is at the hotel, which is not that close, and it is not open all the time. The doors are with codes, so do the online check-in, so you get the codes by email. The room door panel for the code needs strong presses. The breakfast is very modest."
