"The suite was okay. What I can't accept is the service. My room wasn't cleaned at all for two days. I had to ask three times for the kitchen to be cleaned. They forgot to leave towels in the room. The staff even called my room asking for personal gifts. That's unacceptable. I'll never stay there again."
