"The room cannot be locked, and the room is required to be changed. The front desk said that all rooms cannot be locked. Asked to refund the order, the front desk said at 8 pm, can not check out, check out has to be approved by the boss, it is difficult. Before and after, upgrade the room type, you can find if there is a room that can be locked. Tired and don't want to trouble, after adding money, I changed to a room that can be locked. The internal structure of the room was changed from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor as before. At one or two in the middle of the night, there was a quarrel downstairs and was awakened. The experience is very bad."
