"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The lobby is stylish and grand, and check-in was very efficient. My room was spacious and bright, decorated in a warm and elegant style. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, feeling very new, especially the comfortable bedding, which allowed me to have a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was spotless, with attention to every detail. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and always ready to help. The overall environment was quiet, and the value for money is superb. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The location was perfect: a few minutes walking from the border, good cheap food and a night market around the corner and a China Unicom shop to get a sim card is next door. The staff is great too. They helped me set up and verify my WeChat account and hailed down a metered taxi to the train station (13 yuan) when I didn't find a ride on Didi. A con of this place was the smell of smoke in the room (as long as the window was open it was fine) and the mold in the bathroom. But nothing too bad and a good place to stay for a night."

"The service was excellent! The only downside was the poor soundproofing. Our neighbors were watching TV and chatting until past midnight... we didn't get a good night's sleep and ended up leaving early this morning! I have to give a shout-out to the breakfast though; it looked simple but was packed with flavor. Especially the rice noodle soup – the broth was slow-cooked with big bones and chicken, absolutely delicious!"

"The lady at the front desk was so warm, polite, and friendly! She gave us detailed information on nearby restaurants and how to best explore the attractions, which we really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean, and the bathroom had a great dry/wet separation. Overall, very satisfied!"

"The hygiene, service, decor, software and hardware facilities, and toiletries were all excellent 👍. Plus, the free pick-up service was a nice touch. I think they've really put a lot of effort into doing things well. Now, about breakfast. There weren't many vegetable options to begin with, but this morning, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 AM and most of the stir-fries were already gone. A staff member walked by the congee section at least three times. I waited 30 minutes, and it was almost 10:00 AM, but no one refilled the dishes. At least when it comes to vegetables, they could offer more. I understand they might be trying to control costs and avoid waste if there aren't many guests, but it wouldn't hurt to add one or two more vegetable dishes, or at least proactively ask guests if they'd like more. I don't think that's unreasonable. I hope the hotel's business flourishes. Regarding breakfast, they could learn from some smaller, well-run B&Bs and chain hotels to improve in this area without causing waste. Since the hotel is ranked as a high-end establishment on various platforms, it should really live up to that name."

"Although it is a family hotel, it has a tropical feel because of the palm trees and small balcony outside the window. The owner is enthusiastic and answers all questions. It is on the main road and is easy to find. Facing the river, on the opposite side is Vietnam. Just a short walk to the port and food court. Hygiene is also good, but there are too few rolling papers."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"The hotel interior is quite comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service is very warm, the swimming pool is quite standard, and it's a suitable resort. The cicadas chirping in the hotel are also very rhythmic, and the noise stops before you go to sleep. Overall, I recommend it."

"Came to Hekou with my family and found this hotel to be excellent. Parking is convenient, and the underground parking lot even has slow chargers. The room is very spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is also good. The hotel's location is a bit far from the border crossing, but Hekou isn't very big, so it's still quite convenient."

"Great location, right in the heart of the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, so no need for taxis. The hotel seems to be an older property that's been renovated, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' vibe, but the value for money is still pretty good. You can see the Sino-Vietnamese Railway Bridge directly across the street when you step out."
