"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The lobby is stylish and grand, and check-in was very efficient. My room was spacious and bright, decorated in a warm and elegant style. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, feeling very new, especially the comfortable bedding, which allowed me to have a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was spotless, with attention to every detail. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and always ready to help. The overall environment was quiet, and the value for money is superb. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The service was excellent! The only downside was the poor soundproofing. Our neighbors were watching TV and chatting until past midnight... we didn't get a good night's sleep and ended up leaving early this morning! I have to give a shout-out to the breakfast though; it looked simple but was packed with flavor. Especially the rice noodle soup – the broth was slow-cooked with big bones and chicken, absolutely delicious!"

"When we first checked in, the hotel seemed pretty good. We stayed for two days, but then we noticed a few issues that need improvement. First, the large bed by the window wobbles and makes a loud creaking noise every time you turn over, which was quite disruptive late at night – it even woke me up. Second, the bathroom sink faucet is too short. When you wash your hands or face, half the water spills out and drips all over the counter and floor. Below the counter, there are two three-pin power sockets on either side, which feels even more dangerous. If water gets in there, it could easily short-circuit or even cause an electric shock. This design is truly terrible. Additionally, while there was a good variety of breakfast options, none of them tasted very good. Everything else was fine; it was relatively quiet, and there were always taxis waiting outside, making it convenient to get around. They also offer special pillows for free. "Located near the immigration. If you are on foot, you have to enter the front from the car park and go to the third floor. The staff is super friendly. The room is super clean and modern. It looks like a love hotel as there are some amenities offer. Also there is a deposit for key, you will receive back the deposit when check out."

"The room was newly renovated and was pretty good, but the air conditioner should be an old one, and it would drip at night, which would affect sleep. The toilet was also broken. Everything else was good, no problem, the bed was big, it was right on the Vietnam City Tower, and parking was also very convenient."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"The hotel interior is quite comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service is very warm, the swimming pool is quite standard, and it's a suitable resort. The cicadas chirping in the hotel are also very rhythmic, and the noise stops before you go to sleep. Overall, I recommend it."

"It only took about ten minutes to drive from the border. I was very satisfied with all the facilities, the room was spacious, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The front desk staff were very welcoming. They even gave the kids complimentary toothbrushes and slippers, which was a nice touch. The food and travel guides I found at the hotel reception were also very reliable."
