"The setting is lovely, and breakfast buffet is pretty good. But they pipe perfume into the common areas of the hotel that is very strong and unpleasant. We had a group dinner the first night and the perfume was so strong it made me physically ill. I admit I am scent sensitive but this was horrible and others in our group also had issues with it. The staff either couldn’t (or wouldn’t) turn it off. It permeated into the rooms as well, and no screens on the windows to air out the room, and warnings that open windows make mosquitos come in. If you don’t like strong perfume, do not stay here!"

"Quite simply an exceptional hotel. On arrival the young lady on reception was extremely welcoming and assisted us personally to our room. We had booked a room with lake view with terrace and this was definitely not a disappointment. The room itself was very clean, and perfectly appointed, eco-friendly to include such items as vegetable soap and vegan toiletries. Every aspect was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night as a stop over for an early flight from Orio Al Serio Airport Bergamo (40 minutes away). We will defiantly be returning for a longer stay to take full advantage of this haven of tranquility."

"We had already stayed at this hotel in October 2025. Having returned now in May, we can only confirm the EXCELLENCE of the structure.... daily change of pillowcases, every two days of sheets, daily replenishment of the bathroom kit, incredible cleaning of all parts of the structure, free covered garage, minibar and safe, air conditioning.... varied and good breakfast worthy of a three-star, while for all the above mentioned it would truly deserve a four-star!!!"

"I'm currently staying at this facility, and yesterday, as soon as we arrived, I took a shower and slipped and fell in the bathroom with the tub and shower because the base of the tub is completely slippery (my partner was about to slip too). I broke my 7th rib, spent half an afternoon in the emergency room, and now I'm in excruciating pain. The worst thing is that even though I told the front desk, they didn't bother to put a non-slip mat in the tub. I'm now in a lot of pain with a 30-day prognosis, but if it had happened to an older person, I think it would have been much, much worse. It's a disgrace to still find facilities like this in 2026."
