"Stayed as part of an InnTravel walking holiday. Lovely little hotel. Rooms large, clean and comfortable. Balcony provided a beautiful view. Might have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill and the village below really has little to offer. Half Board is probably therefore essential unless driving. Food in the hotel restaurant (as opposed to the independent restaurant on site) was average. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast comprehensive."

"We stayed five nights at this excellent property located 100 meters from the lakefront. It's quiet, impeccably clean, with linens changed every two days. It also features a minibar and safe, and complimentary toiletries are renewed daily. Breakfast is a simple but comprehensive buffet with a variety of sweet and savory options. Free private indoor and outdoor parking is available. All in all, a property we'll definitely return to!"

"Just about to leave the Iseo Lago and what a hotel it is! Right from the point of booking Elena on reception has been the perfect host. From helping us to book our transfers to the wonderful warm welcome we received upon arrival. Our checkin was faultless. Elena greeted us with warmth and friendliness and went out of her way to ensure we were happy. She explained the grounds, the lido, the services and we even received a free upgrade which was amazing. We also got given an extra few hours in our room before we had to check out as we had a very late flight home. Such thoughtful service :) The hotel staff were amazing from Benny in the bar being the loveliest of people we could wish to meet. The team in the breakfast area were on point and the guys by the pool area were incredible. Everything we ate, drank, bought was spot on. The town is a good 15/20 minute walk so come prepared if you’re not good on your feet, but if you are, then it’s definitely worth it. The entire place is simply beautiful. We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend this amazing hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect!"

"Location, just at the lake and as the rooms in the main building all go out to the lake, not much noise from the road and the tracks will disturb you. A very grandiose look over the lake. Disadvantage, the next town is a good 30 minute walk. Rooms: Nothing to write home about, standard hotel rooms with the exception of the view which is splendid. Food. A truly mixed bag. The breakfast is very nice (especially of Italy), with a good choice from hot to cold dishes, served in buffet with again this wonderful view. We had one dinner in the main restaurant and that was truly awful. The worst risotto in my life (we were a group of 18 and nobody finished it) the potatoes with the main were literally destroyed and the meat was tasteless and overcooked. Staff Also a mixed bag, Reception and breakfast crew were friendly and efficient. The waiters at the bar and in. the main restaurant, disinterested, unfriendly and not willig to even walk the 10 m from the bar to the pool to ask if you want a drink. All in all a mixed bag. Improving the kitchen and the wait staff it could be wonderful. Tip: Make sure you get dinner outside."
