it was excellent for me as the room size was just right,breakfast is the same type but delicious nonetheless, service was great and staff were very nice and polite, amazing honestly will book again even though it takes about an hour and a half to get to the touristy areas like hagia sophia for example.Shopping mall enhances convenience in purchases and food court within it has many affordable options.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy—perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need. Good location with metro and bus station in just 10 mins. I’d like to give special thanks to Satlyk and Asrar at the reception for their professional assistance and warm welcome. Their help truly made my stay more comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the rest of the staff—everyone was very respectful, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and service. I will definitely be coming back!

I wish I was very satisfied, but the room was a little too small

Perfect for beginners in Turkey. Breakfast is more than expected. Hanwha Seorak Resort was better than a 20,000 won breakfast.

We went to the hotel with an excitement, but they were very concerned and was clean, thank you very much, the only problem is in my 2-day reservation 1. When we went out to the store on the day, our door was opened, inside the room and cleaned up, a service that showed us what they thought of, but at least they could have been better to do this by telling us.

It was great hotel, we love to spend our time to visit Istanbul so it was good enough to sleep and having rest and taking shower and going out again. Also it has kettle and hairdryer. There is car park free in street front of the hotel if you like to rent car.

Very close to the exhibition expo, just a few minutes walk to the subway two stops. There are commercial streets around. Shopping is convenient. There is also Kebab next to it. The price is affordable per capita 50. The hotel staff is warm and the room is clean.

The room is relatively large The lobby is nice Breakfast is OK There are quite a lot of people, but the service speed is OK in all aspects There is a shopping mall opposite, and there are some fast food restaurants on the fifth floor Turn left and walk down to a supermarket Go down and turn left from Pizzahut and walk in to many restaurants Convenient for eating

The hotel is a little older than other hotels in the surrounding area, but the facilities inside are new, relatively clean and refreshing, and the air conditioning is powerful. The breakfast is rich and there is underground parking space. It is very close to surrounding stores and highways. There are also some places to eat within walking distance. I couldn’t experience the hammam this time, but I hope I can next time.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to all shops and food the metro station 10 mins away. The staff working hear are so welcoming and nice they carried my luggage to my room and will help you with travelling and taxis . The room was clean and tidy. Good WiFi signals and also a lift.
