"Hotel was a bit of a distance from the Keelung train station and we had to push our luggage there. The check-in time was 5pm and the staff was not flexible to let us check-in at 4pm even though we had waited two hours. Only when my hubby wanted to write an honest poor review then she relented. Other than this unpleasant incident, the other aspects were good. Bedroom and bathroom were big and clean, there were welcome drinks and a nice lounge for us to eat and drink."

"I booked this hotel because of its high ratings and affordable price. I had considered switching hotels, but decided to stick with it after seeing so many positive reviews. Don't be fooled by its old exterior; the interior must have been renovated. All the facilities inside are very new and clean, and there's plenty of space. We booked a quad room, and even after opening three large suitcases, there was still ample room to move around. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. All my inquiries before check-in were answered promptly. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Miaokou Night Market and a 4-minute walk to Sankeng Station. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended."
