"As we arrived late from another city, this hotel was the best option! Check-in was available until midnight. The airport bus dropped us right at the building where the hotel was located. The lobby was on the 7th floor. The room had a view of Sakurajima, just as we’d booked. The room itself was a bit cramped for two, but the bathroom was amazing!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel! It's nestled quietly on a hillside, directly facing Sakurajima, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the volcano erupting. The gentleman at the hotel entrance, dressed in an old-fashioned uniform, was so friendly. He saw us taking photos and specially came over to take a group picture for us, and it turned out great! The hotel offers various dining options and a convenience store. The breakfast, though, was the real highlight – easily one of the best quality breakfasts I've had in a Japanese hotel. The hot springs (onsen) were also wonderfully relaxing and fully equipped. Highly recommend!"

"Recommended accommodation, centrally located, many attractions are walkable distance, outside hotel main gate is tenmonkan, easy to find eats, sweets and great for shopping. A few steps from hotel is airport limousine bus stop, local bus stop, train stop and taxi stop. No free coffee service but they provide tea."

"Self service type property with no frills service. Staff assisting with checkin was polite and helpful. The room we chose came with a washing machine with dryer function which was super useful on a long trip! Pay to use laundry machines also available in public area. The room also had a kitchenette which we appreciate. Able to see sakurajima from our windows! But also saw the roof of the building next door 😅. Woke up with a few itchy bites on my wrist, not sure if it wad dustmites. Hope it's not bedbugs!"

"The hotel’s location and cleanliness were good. However, housekeeping was only available if you left the room before 10:00 a.m., which was inconvenient. Also, there was no option to choose the bed type. We were travelling as a couple but were assigned a twin room, and changes were not possible. Overall, the staff were not particularly friendly.. ホテルの立地と清潔さは良かったです。 ただし、客室清掃（メイクアップ）は午前10時までに外出していないと対応してもらえず、不便でした。 また、ベッドタイプを選べず、カップルでの宿泊でしたがツインベッドの部屋に割り当てられ、変更もできませんでした。 スタッフの対応も特に親切という印象ではありませんでした。"

The hotel's location, overlooking Sakuraji, was the best. It was the perfect hotel for a quiet rest during my 2-night, 3-day stay. However, you should not choose this hotel if you are looking for the latest facilities."
