"It's an old hotel, and the wooden furniture in the room is worn out. The front desk staff were very polite, but... the funniest part was the buffet restaurant. In all my travels to Japan, this is the first time I've encountered such an unfriendly attitude. I saw from the original description that it was meant to serve Chinese guests, but a young, thin staff member in the restaurant actually said they don't serve Chinese people (and with a very bad attitude). Even when I asked the front desk to intervene, it was useless. I don't know what Trip.com's legal team is doing; they just said there's no evidence. Anyway, I advise everyone to avoid this hotel. It's a shame the polite front desk staff were wasted. Although they apologized repeatedly when I checked out, the bad impression won't disappear. If you absolutely have to stay at this hotel, choose the Kaiun Japanese restaurant for dining; they are much more polite."

"The location is great, about 200 meters from Tenmonkan Station, with direct access to Kagoshima Airport. It's also a convenient 15-minute walk to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, making it a perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. It's excellent value for money, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, even holding our luggage for us."

"We have booked and paid for 3 King bed rooms for 3 couples and for 2 nights . However, upon check in , the hotel staff told us there is a mistake of trip.com. We were given only 3 queen bed room with half the size of King bed room. We asked them for a refund of the difference in price and they refused.  Instead, they told us that this is a common mistake of trip.com so we have to deal with trip.com for the refund.  This is rediculous.  They are well aware of the mistake.  We booked the rooms 4 months ago.  They should have informed us beforehand so that we cancel the booking to find some other accommodation.   That is a totally unacceptable behavior of the hotel."

"The hotel’s location and cleanliness were good. However, housekeeping was only available if you left the room before 10:00 a.m., which was inconvenient. Also, there was no option to choose the bed type. We were travelling as a couple but were assigned a twin room, and changes were not possible. Overall, the staff were not particularly friendly.. ホテルの立地と清潔さは良かったです。 ただし、客室清掃（メイクアップ）は午前10時までに外出していないと対応してもらえず、不便でした。 また、ベッドタイプを選べず、カップルでの宿泊でしたがツインベッドの部屋に割り当てられ、変更もできませんでした。 スタッフの対応も特に親切という印象ではありませんでした。"
