"Although the facilities are a bit dated, all rooms face the sea, so the ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. The meals are also decent. It is a very satisfying hotel for the price. The only downside is the poor transportation; if you have a car and are on your way to Kochi, you can stay for a day or visit the hot springs for a day trip. Our family of three was very satisfied, and the staff were all friendly. During the Tokushima Awa Odori festival, you can also enjoy a simple but enjoyable performance in the hotel lobby. I went without high expectations but was very satisfied, and the hot spring water is especially good. It was the most memorable hotel during our three-week trip to Shikoku. You will hardly see any foreign tourists. I recommend this hotel to travelers who enjoy a local vibe."

"This is my first time staying in a B&B since my trip to Japan. The experience was great! The B&B is very close to Awa Kainan Station, and it is very convenient to walk there. There are large supermarkets and drug stores nearby. Awa Kainan Cultural Village and the Seaside Quasi-National Park are both within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The room has a toilet and a washbasin, and the shower room is on the first floor, which is also very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used if needed.
