A room that costs 2,000 yuan, but the environment is so bad, it's not even as good as a 300 yuan express hotel. 2. The cable car for transporting luggage is also very broken, it can't even be called a cable car, it feels like a broken wooden box, my cake and flowers were all broken when transported. 3. I asked the waitress to help me find a plate to put the cake on, and she found me a broken plate that was so ugly that no one would pick it up on the roadside, which made me cry. 4. The food is also terrible. Those who say that the food is delicious on the Internet have paralyzed tongues. 5. They also put room labels on the luggage. Although they know that it is to distinguish whose luggage is whose, they still sent other people's bags to our room. I saw a Chanel bag was also labeled, and I don't know if it can be torn off. This method of labeling not only fails to distinguish the luggage, but also damages the luggage. It's really stupid. I'm glad that my small bag is on my back. 6. It takes about 20 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain, which is exhausting. The stairs don't feel safe at all. The car that takes us to the bottom of the mountain is also terrible. I have never taken such a bad car. Summary: The equipment, environment, hygiene, aesthetics, service, the responsibilities and training quality of the waiters are totally unworthy of such a price (they can't even provide the most basic hygiene, which is ridiculous). For this price, you can stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai. I don't know if it's crazy to offer this price. I've stayed in many hotels of this price in China, but I've never seen such a bad one. I've also stayed in hotels of this positioning abroad (of course the price is higher than this, but the hotel positions itself the same). I've never seen such service, such toilets, such facilities, and they dare to call themselves wild luxury. *** I only felt wild, not luxurious at all. The waiters were probably hired by local villagers. They have no professionalism, and they can't be high-end even if they want to be high-end. They have a completely rustic taste. If you want wildness, come, but if you want luxury, don't! If I can only give 0.5 stars, I really don't want to give 0 stars!"

"[Thunderbolt avoidance] We went to Guiyang for a trip and rented a car to go to the hotel. There was no scratching sound during the journey. When returning the car, the car rental company said there were scratches, so we contacted the hotel to see if we could retrieve the surveillance. I had already left at that time. When I contacted the hotel for the first time, they refused to answer the phone. After five hours, they said they would help check it (P1). After another hour, the hotel said the surveillance was broken, but at this time their attitude to solve the problem was still relatively sincere (P2). After another half an hour, they said that although they did not have surveillance, they had a video taken by an employee, saying that our car scratched their employee's car, but the scratches on the picture did not match the position at all, and they asked us to drive it for identification (P3). I was not in Guiyang, so I could only entrust the car rental company to connect. Then the hotel began to swear and swear without being able to produce evidence, and then confronted the car rental company (P4 and P5). To be honest, a hotel that costs two thousand a night is not cheap. "I checked in at 11 PM, and there were no disposable slippers, no complimentary bottled water, and no bath mat. Since it was so late, I didn't call the front desk, so I ended up using the paid water. What's even more baffling is that even disposable bathtub liners were charged. For two to three hundred [presumably RMB], it's not cheap in Kaiyang. As soon as I entered, it felt like everything came with an extra charge. Plus, the bathroom was tiny. The doors were a mix of push and pull, but all were marked the same way. To get out of the bathroom, you literally had to turn sideways. I feel like anyone a little bigger would struggle to get out."
