"The room was clean, and the hospitality and service were excellent. I would recommend this facility to people from both inside and outside the prefecture. Dinner was delicious, but the selection of alcohol was a little limited. If we had been able to compare Toyama alcohol with alcohol from outside the prefecture, I think we would have been able to appreciate just how delicious Toyama alcohol is. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, and while it was easy to choose, we were still able to eat our fill. In terms of the facilities, when I went into the men's open-air bath, I noticed a rusty hole in the duct in the ceiling of the rock bath. I wish it had been covered, and that I could look up at the quaint ceiling. I take my hat off to the front desk staff, who handled my sudden problems and requests with a smile. I would definitely like to stay here again if the ceiling is improved. I'm glad I had the opportunity to stay at such a great inn this time. Thank you very much."
