"This hotel looks completely belie its state. The floor of my room is dirty. The housekeeping guy ran away when i asked for water. The ac when kept at the lowest barely makes the room livable. Hot water is availzble only on request and they said they kerp the centralised geyser running only st specific hours. The breakfast spread is ordinary. The restaurant food is pedestrian. The only thing good about this hotel is the staff - always smiling and polite."

"We stayed at Rajendra Residency Guwahati Assam. The photo and information given about the room shows all the facilities and the price is also high but when we checked we found out that there is nothing other than the room, the AC doesn't work, the bathroom fan doesn't work, there is no room service, we don't even get a tea and I don't know how the front office staff talks to the guest, Mr Upendra's body language is not good, no one should go to this hotel except me, they are very useless"

"service overall was not good, the manager at reception was also not behaving properly. the room were also in bad condition, the glass windows were swinging with wind and flush leaking out continuously. When complainted about the same no action was taken. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. "
