We had to make last minute calls to the duty manager to obtain the key pin, since no-one confirmed the details regardless of me chasing multiple times. Apparently the agent who was dealing with the booking was on leave (!?), and had not handed over the guest information to the relevant team. So for the price, very substandard service."
