"Everything was very well arranged by Lillian. Safari experiences, and transportation. We did not need to care about anything during the stay at Akagera. Our guide Bosco was amazing, inspiring. "I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern and the staff is wonderful. I booked this room the day of arrival and was still able to get a complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel car was very modern as well. The free breakfast was great and I ate at the restaurant every night. Special shoutout to the driver Dodos who helped me navigate through the area. The hotel is in a very busy area with shops and restaurants and stores. Dodos took his own time to walk with me around the area. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would have no issues booking here again."

"The hotel is a bit run down and in a smaller road but the staff members are nice and polite. I requested for an electric kettle and was quickly given one, then I requested for a hair dryer and I was informed that they do not have any. I was then promptly informed that they will send someone to the shop to grab a brand-new hair dryer. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Thank you! I booked a room with a view of the hills and it was a great decision. Conveniently, there is a store right across the street whose owner is very nice and accommodating, even went out of his way to find me banana beer, apparently a must-try when in Rwanda."
