"Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again."

"The hotel is at the foot of the mountain, very quiet, the room is clean, next to the National Stadium, and a short taxi ride to the city center. The only regret is that there is no meal, and you need to solve your own meals."
