"Excellent hotel. All rooms have a sea view. Huge room, balcony. Cleaning and towels changed every day. They also provide towels for the beach, which you take clean and return when you leave the beach. Breakfasts are delicious, including baked goods. There's parking and a pool. Basically, everything you need for a great vacation."

"Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !"

"Regrettably, I cannot provide more than 2 stars. 2 stars are allocated: one for the scenic location and another for the restaurant by the pool that offers commendable food and service. In particular, the waiter Gvantsa performed exceptionally well. However, this hotel does not offer good value for money. The standard of the rooms does not correspond to that of a 5-star establishment; instead, it resembles a subpar 3-star accommodation. Additionally, the beach is unsatisfactory, afflicted with cleanliness issues, and insufficient in terms of beach chairs and beachside bar amenities. Superior beachfront hotels can be found in Kobuleti and Batumi. Moreover, the reception employs an inadequate number of staff, resulting in a lack of assistance for visitors with luggage when it comes to opening the gate. Now, let's delve into the matter of the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast resembles that of a 3-star hotel. Notably, there are certain services that require payment, such as having to individually pay for an espresso coffee every day. Overall, the demeanor of the hotel staff and management mirror those associated with a 3-star or budget hotel. Ultimately, I failed to discover any appealing aspects regarding the hotel's location. In Kobuleti, hotels with superior locations and services can be found that offer a better experience at more affordable prices."
