"Worst experience. The ac in the room was not functioning. On raising a complaint: the response was very poor. The entrance lights in the lobby entrance to the rooms are very dim. It’s difficult to find the room and it’s creepy dark. No hot or warm water available. Toilets not maintained. Power cuts happen every 30 mins and can last upto 20 minutes to 30 mins. The lift stops and you will be lucky if you can get help in 25 minutes. Did not order dine in : it was a wise decision i guess. Parking is ok. Safe."

"Positive: The property is large and well-maintained, with plans for many indoor activities and rides similar to VGP. Rooms are neat and clean. Negative: Unfortunately, there is no proper hospitality or ambience. No one is available to guide guests. Unless you’ve read reviews or explored the website, you’ll feel completely lost. Food orders take nearly 2 hours with multiple follow-ups. Most staff are unfriendly and unresponsive, except for one or two. I visited recently with my family and a young child, expecting relaxation and fun after seeing the website and Instagram reviews. But honestly, I wanted to check out quickly due to the poor service and atmosphere. Since I had already paid, I stayed quiet. There is no customer care or effective way to raise complaints. Wifi wasn’t working on the first day either. A huge property alone won’t bring people back, but good staff and proper service will. Don’t rely on Instagram reels; visit only if you are prepared for disappointment."
