"It was sudden stop over at this Hotel on 3rd sepetember 2025. We got the room No 308 stated to be premium room.The Booking was smooth. One interesting aspect was that reception staff while showing us the room knocked and entered an unoccupied room.To my specific query he stated that it is the pracice.The location of the hotel is very close to the Toll plaza and easily accssible.The staff are very courteous. No bath room slippers were provides and it is provided on demand only. We got the same. The room was not provided with ready made coffee powder or tea bags but the kettle was there. The Morning complimentary breakfast was good. But the spread was minimal . We were informed about the Dosa after we finished the break fast. The remarkable aspect of this Hotel is its tea with the pure milk. The taste of tea was lingering in our mouths till we reached Bangalore. I am of the view that the cost of the room does not match the requirements"

"Positive: The property is large and well-maintained, with plans for many indoor activities and rides similar to VGP. Rooms are neat and clean. Negative: Unfortunately, there is no proper hospitality or ambience. No one is available to guide guests. Unless you’ve read reviews or explored the website, you’ll feel completely lost. Food orders take nearly 2 hours with multiple follow-ups. Most staff are unfriendly and unresponsive, except for one or two. I visited recently with my family and a young child, expecting relaxation and fun after seeing the website and Instagram reviews. But honestly, I wanted to check out quickly due to the poor service and atmosphere. Since I had already paid, I stayed quiet. There is no customer care or effective way to raise complaints. Wifi wasn’t working on the first day either. A huge property alone won’t bring people back, but good staff and proper service will. Don’t rely on Instagram reels; visit only if you are prepared for disappointment."
