The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Dounan Flower Market. You take the elevator from the first floor up to the fourth floor to check in. The rooftop garden on the fourth floor is a real highlight, with lots of plants, and you can even read books and drink coffee there. The room price was quite reasonable, and the comfort was decent. The bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The only real downside is that the window soundproofing isn't great, but they thoughtfully provide disposable earplugs on the nightstand, which helped a lot. The owner was super nice; they even helped me look after my flowers overnight and helped me pack them. I'm very grateful! It's definitely worth staying here if you want to experience the Dounan Flower Market.

Hotel has smells, towels are with smoke scent. The location is near the flower market so it’s good to stay if you come for the fair. The overall service is fine but it feels different when compare to other hotel in kunming with same price range.

Although the facilities are basic, the homeowner was very helpful, making for a pleasant trip. It's near the MTR station and close to the Dounan Flower Market, offering convenient dining options and a wide variety of inexpensive flowers, allowing you to experience the charm of the flower city.

I chose Atour because of the Dounan Flower Market. It's about a ten-minute walk, very convenient. We walked to the flower market the night we checked in, and it was simply stunning – huge, bustling with people, and full of life. The hotel is also a little over 20 RMB by taxi from Laoyu River, which was packed since it was a Sunday. But Laoyu River offers a close-up view of the beautiful Dianchi Lake. We were short on time and sadly missed the nearby Dounan Colorful Flower Exhibition. It's also a ten-minute walk to Meizi Village on Line 4. Dounan is a bit far from the city center, but it's easily accessible by subway if you're driving. The surrounding area is still developing. The room itself was great – spacious, clean, and with excellent attention to detail. There aren't many dining options nearby, but food delivery is convenient, and a little robot delivers it right to your door. The front desk staff were all friendly and polite. I was even pleasantly surprised with a small souvenir when checking out, haha! Netizens definitely didn't lie to me; following the reviews led me to this hotel, and none of the hotels on my Yunnan trip were a disappointment. Looking forward to my next visit.

It was not the fanciest hotel, but it met all of our expectations and provided us with a pleasant 2-night stay. The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was not very diverse but still decent enough, considering the price. They offered noodles, steamed buns, congee, simple bread with only one kind of jam, watermelon, salad, sausage, and some stir-fried vegetables. For lunch and dinner, they offer a much wider range of dishes. We tried some and were impressed with how tasty they were. Also, note that foreigners cannot log in to the WIFI network. You should contact the front desk to get the unique login details for WIFI. Also, ask the front desk to send someone to set up the TV for you if you want to watch TV. Our room was very spacious and clean. They also offered a cute toothbrush and pair of slippers for my daughter. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but right opposite to the Dounan Flower Market. It's also quite convenient to visit Dianchi (15 minutes by Didi).

The weather in March and April is the most comfortable, not too hot and not too cold. The hotel window can be opened a crack, and leaving it a little open at night allows the spring breeze to gently blow in, making the curtains softly sway. It's a hundred times more pleasant than sleeping in a stuffy, air-conditioned room. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back!

I was a little nervous when I went to Yunnan for the first time. After getting off the plane, the boss lady came to pick us up and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The ladies were very considerate and friendly. I really like the hotel's disposable compressed towels, which are clean and hygienic and can be used with confidence. In short, this trip was very pleasant. In addition, there are cute cats for those who want to pet cats. There are very cute dogs (Doudou) for those who want to pet dogs.

The facilities are brand new, and they specifically arranged connecting rooms for us. The view is also great. They even called in advance to ask if we needed a parking space. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, which is really convenient. The service was enthusiastic, and they even helped us with our luggage. The room looks exactly like the pictures. I'll definitely book again next time!

This homestay will definitely live up to your expectations and become the warmest station on your journey.
