When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room, but the location they gave us was simply unbelievable. The room service staff were very good, I'll give them that, but it was so noisy. The soundproofing is truly terrible. I'm not talking about airplanes flying overhead; it's the constant noise from the hallway that's too loud, like a sports meet is happening right outside! It was supposed to be a family room, but there was no kids' club access, no app, and no screen mirroring! The bed was indeed comfortable, but what's going on with the air conditioning? When we first arrived, it was set to cool, but in the middle of the night, we woke up sweating because it was blowing hot air? Did you randomly adjust it for us? We couldn't even control it ourselves. The smart assistant just kept saying 'I'm here' but couldn't adjust the AC or open the curtains! Is this really a smart room? Only the cleanliness and bed comfort were somewhat satisfactory. The BBQ downstairs was both expensive and terrible!

I drove all the way from Shanxi and the check-in process at the hotel front desk was very quick. I stayed for three days. Facilities: Clean and hygienic, with tidy and fresh linens. They offer a 24-hour shuttle service to and from Kunming Changshui International Airport. The restaurant's breakfast was very rich and varied.

The room was very clean, and my room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet. It's less than a ten-minute drive from Kunming Changshui Airport, which is super convenient. The hotel offers an airport pickup service. Even though the car was a bit hard to find, the lady at the front desk was very patient and responsible, keeping in touch with me about the location and the driver's arrival time. This hotel was unexpectedly amazing! I was a bit worried that as a transit hotel, it might be a bit 'rough around the edges,' but it turned out to be far above standard in every aspect. As soon as the shuttle dropped us off and we checked in, the front desk attendant warmly offered hot water and a gentle greeting. Keep in mind, it was late at night, and they must have been working hard, so their enthusiasm was truly impressive. Then, seeing there were three of us, they proactively upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Not only do I have to praise the front desk attendant, but also the driver who took us back to the airport the next day. He was a genuine local, very kind-hearted, and patiently answered all our questions about traveling in Yunnan, even offering proactive suggestions. These warm and lovely people made the beginning of our Yunnan trip an incredibly positive experience. Finally, the cleanliness was also excellent, well up to standard, and the smart home features throughout were a big plus. The value for money was absolutely top-notch! It's a shame that none of the hotels we booked later in our trip were as perfect. Perhaps this one just set the bar too high (ಥ_ಥ).

Building on that, the following aren't complaints, just honest observations. The room was a bit small, but it had all the necessary amenities. It's newly renovated and very clean. Areas for improvement (though probably difficult): Occasionally, flights pass overhead, creating some noise. It's not loud, but it's not quiet either. This happens in the morning and evening, so light sleepers should consider this carefully. The elevator was broken on the day I checked in, so I had to take the stairs to the fourth floor. I noticed a small issue the hotel should address: there are no floor number signs. Since breakfast wasn't included, I can't comment on the food. There are many small shops on the street where the hotel is located.

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it was a great experience! The staff were fantastic, very polite and enthusiastic at the front desk. The room was spotless, and the furniture felt high quality. There's a big lawn right outside the hotel, and several restaurants nearby. You can even get KFC and McDonald's delivered. While it's a bit out of the way being near the airport, everything you need is covered. Very satisfied with my stay – highly recommend!

My stay at Kunming Boman Hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the overall environment was fresh and comfortable. The TV even supported screen mirroring, which was perfect for relaxing and catching up on shows. Food deliveries were brought right up to my room by a robot, ensuring both privacy and security, which made me feel very safe. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

This trip, I booked Xiangrun AirAsia near the airport, and it truly exceeded my expectations! I initially booked it just for the 24-hour free airport shuttle service, but I didn't expect such an amazing experience. When I landed in the early morning, the driver was already waiting at the exit and even helped me with my luggage – I didn't have to carry anything myself. The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful; they upgraded my room for free, made me a cup of tea, and even proactively recommended nearby dining spots, so I didn't feel the location was inconvenient at all. What's more, the room was fully smart! With a simple 'Xiao Du, Xiao Du' command, I could turn on the air conditioning and open or close the curtains. I especially loved the giant projector screen – perfect for watching shows, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel's courtyard environment was also lovely, with lots of greenery. From pick-up to drop-off, the service throughout was exceptionally attentive, and the drop-off was perfectly on time. I couldn't help but take so many photos; I truly love this hotel and will definitely choose it again without hesitation on my next trip to Kunming!

This hotel is right next to the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights. The shuttle bus starts at 5 AM and runs every 20 minutes. Sometimes it leaves 2-3 minutes early if it's full, so I'd recommend getting there a bit ahead of time. It's about a 10-minute ride from the hotel to the terminal, and the connection is seamless. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers good value for money. You can even see the airport terminal from your room.
