"Very well-located hotel. Free parking. Spacious rooms with a bathroom with shower, bedroom, and living room with a TV, sofa, and refrigerator. All rooms have exterior views and terraces, half with sea views. We chose one with a side sea view. Indoor and outdoor pool. Children's area with slides and water features. Dining room for breakfast and lunch. We booked half-board. The breakfast was very good and complete, while dinner was more average. It's buffet-style. Dinner offers unlimited pump drinks for 3 euros more."

"The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The shower was broken, the room was dirty, and the air conditioning didn't work in the middle of August. It was unbearably hot in the room, and after reporting it several times to reception, the response was to go to another hotel (at 11 pm). The staff were rude and disrespectful. We had booked a 5-day stay but only managed 1, meaning a wasted vacation. To top it all off, they gave us a fan to help us through the heat, but the power went out at 1 am and stayed on until 7:30 am, so it was completely useless. Finally, the photos on their website are nothing like reality... it must be the only decent room they have. I wouldn't go back even if it were free."

"Be aware if you book (or think you book) an ACSI-rate pitch! Contacted TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre by email Sunday night and asked for a vacant ACSI pitch. Got an answer by email Monday morning, telling us we could “just come” Replied to that during the day and informed them that we would arrive between 1800 and 1900. So.. We arrives at 1830. (Drove 300km, passed 3 other campsites that we had turned down..) And the girl in the reception can tell us that they have “no more vacant ACSI pitches” But – we had confirmation by email? And you didn’t tell us that we would have to book to secure an ACSI-rate ? And by the way; didn’t our email communication count as “booking” ? Maybe you should charge us the ACSI rate anyway, since this is sort of your fault? Nope! Didn’t matter! We had to pay near double rate, for a pitch that is ALMOST IDENTICAL to their “ACSI pitches” The next day (We booked 2 nights, and got the ACSI rate for day #2) we had to move(!) Move 10 meters, to an ACSI pitch, again Almost IDENTICAL to our “old” pitch. But to the review: (0-10) Customer service: Obviously: 0 Toilet facilities: 7 (Clean-ish, but irritating showers) Pitches: 5 (ok-ish, sand / gravel) Minimarket: 5 (Small but have most essentials.) Pools: 7 (Looks nice, haven’t been there yet, been too busy moving and being irritated ;-) ) Guests: (Strange mix of everything)"

"The staff was friendly but not very helpful when issues reported ! Men's toilets half of them would not flush at all . The mosquitoes were everywhere ,could not enjoy a quiet morning or nite out by your camper ! No sandy beach at all ,a narrow strip very poorly maintained (if at all) ! Two days in the row big dead fish would be found in the morning laying on the beach ,took some time to get that removed ! The restaurant served good food . A minimarket store was open every day on the campsite ! ."
