Lazenda Hotel

Lazenda Hotel ★★★

📍 Block C & D, Lazenda Commercial Centre Phase 3, 708, Bandar Labuan, 87007 Labuan, Labuan Federal, Victoria

"Lazenda Hotel offers a basic yet comfortable stay with a convenient location, especially for those who want to be near town. The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay. However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

Palm Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★
"This is really the only resort in Labuan so if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach I would recommend it. This is more for families or couples looking to relax rather than business people as it is pretty far from the town. Overall, the experience was good with the staff being very laid back. View of the beach was great."

"Location is within short walking distance to duty-free shops, local cafes, Wisma Perbadanan Labuan, Labuan Square, and the Labuan Ferry Terminal.  Rooms and bathrooms are large compared to standard budget options in the area, featuring strong air conditioning and clean bedding.  Stable high-speed Wi-Fi, responsive front desk service, and a convenient location near local offices.  Front desk staff and housekeeping receive high marks for being helpful, polite, and accommodating."
