"This place is incredible. The cottages are far enough apart to be completely private, and have everything you need, including aircon and DSTV. The setting is magnificent, with the dramatic red hills living up to their name, especially in soft morning and evening light. Not glamorous, or flashy, this place is quiet and tranquil, a place where time moves slowly. Its easy to find along R62, but far enough from the closest town to make it feel rural and completely peaceful! If its peace and quiet you are after, I would recommend this as a destination in its own right."
