"Very nice hotel with exceptional views of the sea and mountains from the rooms and restaurant. The entire hotel has just been renovated, so everything is modern and very clean. Spacious rooms, especially the "maisonette" suites, which have a large living room area with a large balcony terrace and a bedroom on a mezzanine opening onto the living room. Very large bed with very comfortable bedding, everything is new and of high quality. The paint is white, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, modern and understated. Very large glass shower overlooking the living room!! It's unusual, but you get used to it!!! Just like the sink area, which is actually in the hallway!!! Adults only, thankfully!!! Very nice pool area with pool bar. It's very windy, but I would almost say thankfully, otherwise we wouldn't last given the heat. Very good breakfast and dinner. A buffet of raw vegetables and soup, then the main course (which you choose in the morning, 3 choices) is served at your table. Smiling and very friendly staff. A car is essential because it's far from everything. Very nice relaxing holiday at Maxine Hotel."

"In itself a good hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, by the way, bed is made and clean towels every 2 days, we had a room with a beautiful view, only the air conditioning hardly worked the first few days with 37 degrees after reporting after a day or 2 a man came and took a look at my husband's instructions, removed the filters and cleaned them completely tight. Afterwards he worked fine, only the wrong code was indicated twice, but I have no idea whether anything was done with it. I asked for a topper because of the hard bed. I just got a double blanket too. 2 asked for the ticket so that the refrigerator could remain on and/or air conditioning. Breakfast is simple but good. The staff is really nice. Maria is a bit unusual. Agia Galini is a beautiful, cute village. Tip: eat at Old Town. Very good. You really need to rent a car. All in all, a good hotel, had a nice holiday."

"Great place to stay with so much privacy and freedom, that you will enjoy every second of it. Very nice and helpful lady was always near us to help and provide all information needed about the place and hotel as well. Our house was nice, rooms were great and it was clean and kept clean everyday. We also had breakfasts that were very tasty but so huge, we didn’t have so much space to eat it all. Overall, great experience, love to come back again."

"Very good place to stay. Bit older but had charm. Breakfast in the morning was included, the town was small so short walks to groceries, coffee places and it is on the Mediterranean Sea so great views and there are beaches nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay, in one of the most beautiful hotels in Armenisti, Ikaria. Polite and smiling staff, willing to serve us with any question about what to visit and where to eat. Room 303 with an endless view of the sea. Access to the sea from a path inside the hotel, on the other hand the hotel has a swimming pool and is a few meters from a beautiful beach. The breakfast is rich with traditional products and fruits. It is worth visiting to explore Ikaria. One minus is that it does not have parking, you park on the street wherever you find it."
