"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and close to the center, but what a hellish night. The beds were so terribly hard. Sleeping on the floor would feel almost the same. We had booked 2 nights, but after a sleepless night, we left immediately. It is such a shame that everything else was so well organized, yet no attention is paid to the beds. Even though a good bed is the most important thing to me in a hotel."

"Great place to stay with so much privacy and freedom, that you will enjoy every second of it. Very nice and helpful lady was always near us to help and provide all information needed about the place and hotel as well. Our house was nice, rooms were great and it was clean and kept clean everyday. We also had breakfasts that were very tasty but so huge, we didn’t have so much space to eat it all. Overall, great experience, love to come back again."

"A lovely hotel, however lots of stairs to get to the pool and breakfast so need to be mobile. Pool was very refreshing after a long, hot ride. Jason, the nephew of the owners had just started a restaurant on site and his cooking is great. Really tasty food with a unique touch. Recommend eating in-house. "

"Very nice hotel with exceptional views of the sea and mountains from the rooms and restaurant. The entire hotel has just been renovated, so everything is modern and very clean. Spacious rooms, especially the "maisonette" suites, which have a large living room area with a large balcony terrace and a bedroom on a mezzanine opening onto the living room. Very large bed with very comfortable bedding, everything is new and of high quality. The paint is white, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, modern and understated. Very large glass shower overlooking the living room!! It's unusual, but you get used to it!!! Just like the sink area, which is actually in the hallway!!! Adults only, thankfully!!! Very nice pool area with pool bar. It's very windy, but I would almost say thankfully, otherwise we wouldn't last given the heat. Very good breakfast and dinner. A buffet of raw vegetables and soup, then the main course (which you choose in the morning, 3 choices) is served at your table. Smiling and very friendly staff. A car is essential because it's far from everything. Very nice relaxing holiday at Maxine Hotel."

"Galini mare is a little gem, nestled in a small paradise. (We've spendt more than 10 days in the structure) Closed (3 min. by feet) to a wonderful beach fully equipped at the cheapest price possible (5€ all day with 2 sunbeds). The owner, Haris & Eleni, will welcome you and support all the time with precious tips and advice about Agia Galini and Crete island. The style aim straight to the point: simple, frendly and welcoming as the rest of Agia Galini. The outside present also a beautiful garden, the chamber are clean, full air condictioned and, our for sure, have a great views on the sea from a terrace. Highly recommended!"

"This year was our third vacation in Spili and Panorama Luxury Rooms. The little appartment we had was very nice and clean. Panorama luxury Rooms are situated 800 meters outside the center of Spili, or about 10 minutes walk. It is a peaceful and quiet place with a splendid view, and it is just a short car ride to beautiful beaches. Panorama Luxury Rooms is a family business run by a very helpful and kind family. They have a restaurant in town where they also serve breakfast. The breakfast is based on local food and traditions, and you will never leave the table hungry. We can absolutely recomend Panorama Luxury Rooms, and we are looking forward to our next visit."

"We had a wonderful warm and friendly welcome on our arrival, we had arrived arrived very early but that was no problem, our luggage was stored and we went exploring. The setting of the hotel is very peaceful but only 10 minutes stroll to the hustle and bustle of the beach. The port/harbour area is much nicer than the beach area in or opinion. On our return our room was ready and it was lovely, we had a duplex which was very spacious and comfortable, with a magnificent view down to the sea. All of the public areas are very well maintained, sparkly clean and very comfortable. The pool area and pool bar are lovely and the food and drink very good value for money. We had a nightcap on the balcony looking down to the beach and port - it was heavenly. I would highly recommend this hotel and all of the wonderful staff."

"We stayed here in August and had a lovely time. The reception was friendly and adaptable to our check in time. The apartment itself was much smaller than the pictures (We had a maisonette) with no dining table which was a bit disappointing, and there was no shade on the upstairs balcony to eat upstairs. The bed was comfy, and the lightning was wonderful - Lamps, and mood lighting and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom shower head was falling off though, and the location on the road in front meant it was noisy most of the day, and the building in front does partially block the seaview. The apartment overall was starting to need a bit of maintenance but it was still a nice stay. I would recommend a room higher up though. Parking was easily found at he front of the hotel but is on the road. The walk to the seafront and restaurants was about 5 minutes. Agia Galini was a nice town and some lovely walks. The area was reasonably priced. "
