She truly made me feel like I was the only occupant in the hotel. But she treated all guests with a caring smile and conversation if needed. I feel my wife and I have made a friend. "I got ripped off by TripAdvisor. I originally wanted to book a hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles. I had already booked one, but when I refreshed the page, a cheaper option appeared, so I canceled the original hotel and booked the newly recommended one. It even claimed to have a room for six people and included breakfast. When my family and I went to the hotel after our trip, we entered the information into the GPS and were shocked to find it was an hour's drive away – we were already outside of Los Angeles! Since we had two-day tickets, we had to drive another hour to Los Angeles the next morning. And the claim of a six-person room was completely misleading; it was all a lie."
