"The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place."

"Hotel design and vibe is very cool, spacious room. rooftop was great hangout place. Wished I brought my suit wear to make use of the pool. I understood its heated."

"The service was excellent, and they even gave us some classic Belgian candy upon check-in, which was delicious! However, some rooms don't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs ourselves. It's also a slight uphill walk of about 6-8 minutes from the metro station. But overall, it was a good stay."

"The hotel is in the city center, close to the subway station. There are many delicious food around and the breakfast is rich. There is a free upgrade to the room, which suddenly makes it feel more cost-effective. I will consider this hotel next time I go on a business trip."

"Here’s I traveled to Brussels with my family, and I must say it was one of the best locations we could have chosen. We explored not only Brussels but other cities in Belgium as well. Even when it rained, it was very convenient to simply cross the road and find a train or metro station nearby. The amenities and room service were also great. The room was clean and included a kettle, tea, and instant coffee."

"We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light."

"Great hotel with a perfect location for train travelers, right opposite the station. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are clean and stylish. Just a heads-up that there aren't many dining spots in the immediate vicinity, but it's very easy to catch a train or metro to the city center for more options. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels."
